§ 1
Notice no. 721 of 22. June 2007 on vegetable seed is hereby amended as follows :
1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :
' Confessation shall implement the Council Directive 2002 /5/5/EC (OJ 2002, L 193, p. Directive 33), as last amended by Commission Directive 2009 /74/EC (2009) (OJ No L 166, p. EUR 40), parts of Council Directive 2000 /29/EC (OJ 2000, L 169, p. 1), as amended by Commission Directive 2005 /16/EC (OJ L 057, p. (19), and parts of Commission Directive 1992 /105/EEC (OJ No 1993, L 4, p 22), as amended by Commission Directive 2005 /17/EC (OJ 2005, L 057, p. 23) '
2. Inline the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :
" In accordance with section 1, section 3, paragraph 3. Paragraph 4 (1) and section 4 (4), 2, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 195 of 12. 1-2 and section 13 (2) and section 13 (3). 3, in the Act of harmful organisms, cf. Law Order no. 198 of 12. The following March 2009, and by the authority, shall be :
3. I Section 2 (2). 4, the words ' duties and ` are deleted ;
4. I § 33, nr. 2, ' inspection fees ` shall be replaced by ' inspection fees `.
5. Annex 2, Title II, Norms for purity, the content of seed of other plant species and spireability, and for the partisan size, the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.
§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on the 30. June 2010.
