Law on the Change of TV surveillance law

(Extension of access to television surveillance for housing organisations and so on and sports systems)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the act of law on television, cf. Law Order no. 1190 of 11. In October 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I § 2 pasted as paragraph 2 and 3 :

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July, 2010.

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Paragraph 2. The law can, by means of a royal device, be put into force for Greenland, with the deviations from which Greenland's conditions are worded.
