Law on the amendment of the Central Dna Profile Registry Registry, the Law on law and the registration of vehicles

(Exchange of information on DNA profiles, fingerprints and vehicles with states outside the European Union)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 434 of 31. May 2000 on the Central Dna profile register, as amended, inter alia, in section 1 of Act 1. 479 of 17. June 2008 and at the latest by law no. 405 of 21. April 2010 is amended as follows :

1. Insert after section 5 :

" § 5 a. The Minister for Justice may, on the basis of a collective agreement to the effect of a State outside the European Union, stipulate that Section 5 (5), 2, shall apply in the relationship between Denmark and this State. ` ;

§ 2

In the law of the court's care, cf. Law Order no. 1053 of 29. In October 2009, as last amended by Section 2 of Law No 551 of 26. In May 2010, the following change is made :

1. The following section 116 is inserted :

" § 116 b. The Attorney General may, on the basis of a collective agreement to this effect, with a State outside the European Union, stipulate that § 116 a shall apply in the relationship between Denmark and this State. `

§ 3

Law no. 309 of 19. April 2006 on the registration of vehicles, as amended by Section 2 of the Act, 545 of 26. In May 2010, the following change is made :

1. The following section 18 is inserted :

" § 18 a. The Attorney General may, on the basis of a collective agreement to this effect, with a State outside the European Union, stipulate that Section 18 (2) is not a matter for the European Union. 3, shall apply in the relationship between Denmark and this State. ` ;

§ 4

The Minister of Justice shall pay compensation for damages caused by the Danish State and which is due to incorrect information received from another country pursuant to a contract concluded under the rules of this Act, may be reduced or refused. the replacement seeker has given rise to the damage.

§ 5

The attorney general shall determine the date of entry into force of the law and may, in particular, provide for the entry into force of the Act of 1 to 4 at different times.

§ 6

Paragraph 1. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Paragraph 2. sections 1 and 4 may, in the case of the Faroe Islands and Greenland, be in force in full or in part, in the case of the Faeroe Islands and Greenland, with the deviations from which the ferry and Greenlandic conditions are used.
