Law amending the Law on dogs and dyreværnsloven1) (Prohibition of possession, etc. of certain dogs, royalties duty killing dogs that really bites, temporary disqualification from having to do with animals, etc.) We, Margrethe II, by the grace of God, do hereby proclaim: Queen Denmark The Folketing has passed and We Assent to the following law: § 1 The Act on dogs, cf. Consolidated Act No. 259 of 12 April 2005, as amended by section 4 of the Law No. 554 of 24 June 2005, article 17 of Law No. 538 of June 8, 2006, is amended as follows : 1. § 1. 1 is replaced by the following: ' The possessor of a dog shall ensure that the dog before it is 8 weeks old, ice cream market and registered. The possessor of a, however, should also ensure that the dog, from 4 months old, carrying collar equipped with a sign indicating the possessor's name and address. ' 2.
