Publication of the amendment of the notification concerning the payment of ATP-contributions for members of a case of members of a case of members.

§ 1

Notice no. 451 of 28. April 2010 on the payment of ATP-contributions for members of a-boxes and others, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 85 c, stk.10, and section 85 d, paragraph 1. 6, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 574 of 27. -May 2010, section 13. 6-8, in the Act of Allowance, in the field of adult and training activities, cf. Law Order no. 555 of 8. June 2009, and section 2 c of the Labor Market ' s Supplementary Pension, cf. Law Order no. 942 of 2. In October 2009, after authorisation and after consultation with the Minister for Education and for the Management Board ' s recommendation on the Management Board ' s pensions : ' ;

2. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 1, and Section 4 (4). 1, no. 1, changes "50%." To : "70%."

3. I § 3 inserted after paragraph 1. 1, as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1, no. 1, the payment of the ATP contribution shall not contribute to the payment of the ATP contribution collected for the members of an unemployment fund receiving daily allowances under Chapter 10 of the Act on active employment. ` ;

Paragk 2-7 will then be paragraph 1. 3-8.

4. I § 4 inserted after paragraph 1. 1, as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1, no. 1, private employers shall not contribute to the payment of the ATP contribution collected in the collection for members of an unemployment fund receiving daily allowances under Chapter 10 of the Act on active employment. `

paragraphs 2 and 3 shall then be set out in paragraph 1. 3 and 4.

5. I Section 5 (5). 1, ITREAS :

" The State shall pay 2/3 of the contribution in accordance with section 1 of Members who are paid

1) daily money, where the municipality contributes to the financing of daily money by 50%. the daily payment of the daily payment, cf. § 85 c (3) 5, cf. paragraph 1, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc.,

2) benefits under tender under Chapter 10 of the Act on active employment, or

3) Full education. "

6. I Section 11 (1). 1, 2 and 3, and Section 13 (1). 1 and 5, is replaced by the ' Board of Directors ' : ' Pension Management Board `.

7. I Section 11 (1). 3, The directorate of the Board shall be replaced by : 'Pension Authority'.

8. I Section 13 (1). 3, the ' Work Directorate ' shall be replaced by the words ' Pension Management `.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.
