Publication to amend the announcement of drainage regulation and restoration, etc.

§ 1

Notice no. 1436 of 11. In December 2007 on the flow of water and restoration, etc. shall be amended as follows :

2. § 22 revoked.

3. I § 28, paragraph 1. 1, "Forest and Wildlife Wildlife" shall be replaced by the following : "The Board of nature".

4. I ~ 30 (5)) 1, the words ' City and Rural Development ' shall be replaced by ' the Agency for the Environment and the Environment Board ` ;

5. I Section 31 (1). 2, the ' By-and Landscounties ' shall be replaced by ' the nature and environment of the environment ; `.

6. § 32 revoked.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.

Paragraph 2. The Agency and the Environment Board shall take a decision on the final distribution of the appeal fee, which has been paid before the date of entry into force of the notice.
