Completion of school practice and school performance for students in production-based vocational training

In accordance with section 66 k (1), One, and section 66 t, paragraph, 3, in the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 510 of 19. May 2010, as amended by law no. 580 of 1. June 2010 shall be determined :

§ 1. Schools who have students in school practice, cf. Section 66 b in the law on vocational training, or students engaged in school education without a training agreement, cf. § 66 e, paragraph. Two, in the law of vocational training, is paying out a school internship for these students.

Paragraph 2. There is no allowance for school practice to students who receive other public aid intended to cover living expenses or to students who receive salaries from an employer, cf. Section 66 f in the law of vocational training.

§ 2. Schools who have students in production-based vocational training, cf. Chapter 7 (c) in the law on vocational training, pays a school benefit to these students.

Paragraph 2. The provision shall not be made to students who receive other public aid intended to cover living expenses or to students who receive salaries from an employer on the basis of a training contract, cf. § 66 r, paragraph Three, in the law of vocational training.

§ 3. It is with regard to foreign students a condition for obtaining school practice in accordance with paragraph 1 that the student meets the conditions laid down in section 19 (1). 2 and 3, in the law on vocational training and section 15 (3). 5 and 6, in the law on vocational training institutions.

§ 4. The size of the benefits referred to in sections 1 and 2 shall be determined on the annual financial laws.

Paragraph 2. School practice and school benefit shall be paid with three different rates to the following groups :

1) Elives under 18 years old.

2) One of them is 18 years old and home-living.

3) Floor there are 18 years old and who are away.

Paragraph 3. A student of 18 years shall be deemed to stay resident in accordance with paragraph 1. 2, no. Two, when the student lives in either one or both of his parents, or the student of the population in the register is enrolled on one or both of their parents ' address. A student shall be deemed to have no place in accordance with paragraph 1. 2, no. Three, when the student does not live with one or both of his parents, and the student is not enrolled in the address of one or both of their parents. The student lives at boarding school, school homes or similar, is considered to be the student who is not resident in accordance with paragraph 1. 2, no. Three, even though the student has a populate address in either one or both of his parents.

§ 5. The school practice is paid out from the day the student begins in school practice or school education, and until the day the student leaves school practice or until the day a student is admitted to school education without a training agreement, cf. § 66 e, paragraph. 2, in the law of vocational training, will end the school education, cf. however, section 1 (1). 2.

Paragraph 2. The school allowance shall be paid from the day the student begins in production school vocational training, and until the day the student leaves or ends the training, cf. however, section 2 (2). 2.

Paragraph 3. The school internship and the school grant shall be paid regardless of the absence of holidays and holidays and sickness, cf. however, paragraph 1 4-6.

Paragraph 4. School practice and school performance may for each student be paid at most during a period of five weeks per year. consecutive years from the student's inclusion in school practice or in production-based vocational training.

Paragraph 5. The school practice and tuition allowance shall not be paid in respect of the vacation of holiday allowances from previous employment.

Paragraph 6. In the absence of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1, 3, which has not been approved by the school, shall be reduced proportionately.

Paragraph 7. The school internship and the school service are paid back by the end of the month.

§ 6. Employers ' lift reimbursement shall administer the payment to schools for the school practice, cf. Section 13 of the Work on Student Study Reimbursement, and the School performance, cf. § 66 t, paragraph. Two, in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 2. The schools will settle for these expenses to the Ministry of Education, as part of the school's annual accounts.

Paragraph 3. Employers ' s Limit Reimbursement shall submit a budget to the Ministry of Education at the expected expenses of the schemes. The payment from the Ministry of Education to the Employers ' Limit Reimbursement shall be carried out once in the quarter by a subsequent annual adjustment on the basis of accounts for the year in question.

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 923 of 15. July 2010 on the school practice and school performance for students in production-based vocational training and vocational training are hereby repealed.

Paragraph 3. The announcement shall have effect on pupils from which the 1 and the first of the year are to be found. In January 2011, school practice or production-based vocational training will begin.

Paragraph 4. The announcement made by the exception of Section 3 shall apply to students who have started school or production vocational training prior to 1. January, 2011.
