Publication of the right of the cashies to reimbursements for paid services

In accordance with section 65 (a), 7, section 79, paragraph. 5, and section 86 (3). 6, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 574 of 27. May 2010, as amended by law no. 701 of 25. In June 2010, after negotiation with the Employment Board :

Scope of application

§ 1. This notice shall apply where a case has paid benefits under the law on unemployment insurance and so on, or the law of child care within the meaning of the child care law, cf. however, section 9 (4). 2.

Benefits paid out

§ 2. A-box has the right to the reimbursement from the state of benefits paid in accordance with the right conditions, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. If a case has made errors in the proceedings and the Employment Committee of the Board of Directors or the Employment Committee, as a result of which, the Member may decide that the Member shall have the right to a benefit, the right of a cashier's right to reimbursement is dropped. The period of reflection shall be dismissing for the period up to the time of the decision of the Agency or the Employment Committee. However, if the decision of the Agency or the Employment Committee is due to the wrong direction of the member (the Reimbursement principle) member, the box has the right to reimbursement for benefits that are paid for periods after the time of the error observed.

Benefits paid with unjustifiable

§ 3. A-a-box is not entitled to reimbursement if it has unjustifiable paid benefits. If reimbursement is paid out, then the box will pay it back.

§ 8. The director of the Board of Directors may, in exceptional cases, grant a case of a case of reimbursement for sums paid out wronger, where this does not comply with sections 4 to 7.

The entry into force, etc.
