Decree amending the Decree on the employment requirements and benefit period section 1 In order No. 1616 of 13 December 2006 concerning the employment requirements and benefit period, as amended by Executive Order No. 751 of 22 June 2007, order No. 680 of 30 June 2009, decree No. 741 of 13 July 2009, Executive Order No. 784 of August 18, 2009, order No. 1415 of 11 December 2009 and Executive Order No. 379 of April 7 , 2010, made after negotiations with the Employment Council as follows: 1. section 6 reads as follows: "§ 6th The benefit period is the total period of 104 weeks (performance period) within 156 weeks (the reference period), where a member can receive benefits in accordance with § 55 paragraph. 1. ' § 2 paragraph 1. This Order shall enter into force on 1 July 2010. Paragraphs. 2.
