Chapter 1

Purpose and purpose of education

§ 1. Chapter 2

Recording

§ 5. Supervision, quality system and appeal

§ 38. Chapter 11

Entry into force and transitional provisions

Law No 1526 of 27. In December 2009, the following entry into force shall include :

§ 4

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2010.

Paragraph 2. The law shall have an effect on pupils and couriers, which are beginning one of the graduations of high school graduations (stx), higher commercial degree (hhx), higher technical degree (htx) or two-year Hf on 1. August, 2010, or later.

Paragraph 3. The law has effect on Kurds, which is the first one. In August 2010, one of the following shall be followed in paragraph 1. 2 the training courses referred to as a single class. (Udelades)
