October 2009, fixed: Section in the education system Chapter 1 Purpose, etc.
§ 1. A vocational training must meet the objectives in accordance with the law on vocational education and training and the conditions under which the programme is approved, including on school education total duration and whether it provided for reimbursement per årselev.
(2). Training shall contribute to the development of the student's vocational, preparatory study and personal competencies, taking into account the needs of the labour market, occupational mobility and the pupil's needs. The training shall contribute to the development of student's ability of autonomous position, collaboration and communication. Training shall in addition promote the ability of professional and social problem-solving, development of initiative, flexibility and sense of quality and develop pupils ' basic skills, especially in the areas of mathematics, reading, oral and written communication, as well as information technology.
(3). Education must, in General, contribute to the development of the pupil's innovative and creative skills with a view to the pupil's participation in product and service development and acquisition of prerequisites for the establishment of own business.
(4). Training must in general promote students ' international competences for employment and further education.
(5). The training shall contribute to the student's understanding of a good working environment and develop environmental awareness.
(6). Education can, if there are fixed rules to that effect pursuant to the law on student qualifying exam in connection with vocational education and training (eux), etc., also give the student a general study competence.
§ 2. The Trade Union Committee proposal for a vocational training must include a statement of: 1) purpose and which Vocational Education common entrance or common inputs programme is intended to be associated with.
2) The areas of employment, training directed against, and about the manner in which educational needs have been covered so far, including the existence of a hitherto unmet educational area, or whether the proposed training must replace one or more existing education or specialties and, if so, which ones.
3) About the Committee has cooperated with other specialised committees to create any cross-cutting programmes and to avoid duplication of programmes.

§ 3. The Technical Committee will determine, within the limits resulting from the Act on vocational education and training and other rules on vocational education and training in General, including the annual finance laws, the contents of the rules concerning training in the vocational common inputs with respect to, 1) which courses that are assigned to the respective input and 2) the indicative duration of the compulsory part of the curriculum for the courses, which have been placed at the entrance.
(2). The Professional Committee decisions in accordance with paragraph 1 shall also include education 1) name and names of education theses and step 2) duration, including duration of theses and step 3) structure, including distribution of school lessons and internship training, 4) competences for the individual training that the student must meet at the transition from basic course for school education in the main course of the basic regulation. also paragraphs 3, 5) competences which the pupil must meet at the end of the training, including the competences for theses and steps, and 6) final samples.
(3). The Technical Committee may in exceptional cases determine that students in a training at the transition from basic course for school education in master course must meet certain requirements for completed subjects and levels, including any beståkrav, provided that the fulfilment of requirements is necessary in order to achieve the final objectives in education or in one or more of training specializations. Requirements must be met within the indicative duration of basic process, see. Article 18, paragraph 3, with the assumptions which in General can be expected to possess upon completion of basic school students 9. class.
(4). The Technical Committee approves that the individual training should be implemented as eux-scenario. The Technical Committee on the formulation of rules on eux-scenario, see. § 4 of the lov om Studio qualifying exam in connection with vocational education and training (eux), etc., and approves requirements for eux-gradient structure, to the extent that these deviate from the General rules of the concerned education.
§ 4. The Education Ordinance, see. section 3, shall be supplemented by one or more training schemes, to be determined by the competent technical Committee in accordance with a template that is determined by the Ministry of education and is published in an electronic system, which is made available by the Ministry of education.
(2). A training scheme must reflect the requirements for the graduate labour competencies. Educational systems must include an elaboration of the rules on the training purpose, structure and framework for teaching content, including an indication of the basic subjects, descriptions of objectives and framework for områdefag and specialefag and indicative duration for these subjects, the link between basic subjects and the other teaching and internship training and evaluation of the performance of pupils. The courses must be related to training competences, including targets for innovative and international competences. Of course, cf.-eux section 1, paragraph 6, does paragraph 5.
(3). For subjects or levels, as has training perspective and therefore not alone is central to the achievement of General or vocational education core competencies, it should be noted in the educational system that students can replace the subject or level with a second from training fagrække.
(4). A training scheme must finally determine what subjects, including labour market programmes that can be selected as optional specialefag of the student and the company with an indication of the objective and other hits for the subject. The optional specialefag must be justified by training competences.
(5). As regards eux-scenario, see. section 1, paragraph 6, should the education system reproduce the requirements for progress laid down in the rules for the individual training of the basic regulation. § 4 of the lov om Studio qualifying exam in connection with vocational education and training (eux), etc.
(6). Before the educational system shall be established or amended, the Technical Committee should give the individual school, which is authorized to provide the main course, concerned the opportunity to comment on the Committee's draft educational system with a view to the inclusion of schools ' assessment of whether the education system can be implemented within the financial framework for the programme. The consultation period is at least 4 weeks.
(7). Provides hearing rise to observations made by the Technical Committee will not meet, the Committee shall inform the Ministry of education, which then decides whether the educational content of the scheme in the area concerned.
(8). A training scheme can be reviewed at the earliest, after it has been in force for a year, and when the Technical Committee statement to the Ministry of education on the need for revision of an education, see. section 38, paragraph 5, of the law on vocational education and training, can justify the change, see. However, paragraph 9. That can continuously be erased, replaced, or added optional specialefag or labour market training.

(9). A training scheme can be reviewed regardless of the provision in paragraph 8, when other authorities changed the requirements for the competence of graduates.
Paragraph 10. A training scheme must contain provisions to the effect that the schools may provide for transitional arrangements for students who are undergoing training in the main course at the training scheme issue.
Paragraph 11. The Ministry of supervision, including legality, with the Trade Committee the establishment of training schemes.
Chapter 2 Quality work in education § 5. The Technical Committee for an education should follow up if the training meets the expected quality requirements in the training.
(2). The Technical Committee shall, in cooperation with the local education committees and internship companies undertake continuous quality development and quality assurance of education praktikdel, including developments in major student groups implementation of internship training.

(4). The Technical Committee must follow employment trends and make recommendations concerning the need for training or changes in training.
(5). The Technical Committee must follow the local education committee work with the local curriculum at the schools that are approved to provide vocational training.
§ 6. The school must have a quality system for use by internal continuous quality development and performance evaluation of training skoledel. The quality system must include procedures for self assessment and procedures for ongoing information gathering.
(2). The provisions of paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis for the school's possible supply of school placement.
(3). For teaching at the secondary level, which is part of a vocational education and training, apart from the basic subjects, applies the rules in § 35 of the quality system of the law on education to the higher commercial examination (hhx) and the higher technical examination (htx) and rules established pursuant to this.
§ 7. The school's procedures for self-evaluation to ensure that the selected areas shall be the subject of systematic and critical discussions of school organisation and carrying out of training with a view to assessing the school's results in relation to the school's goals and action plans for enhanced implementation.
(2). To be carried out an annual self assessment, which includes at least one area that concerns the school's organisation and implementation of education and training.
(3). On the basis of self evaluation prepares the school a follow-up plan that defines the amendment needs, operational objectives, strategies and a timetable for follow-up. Follow-up plan should be available on the school website.
(4). The school's follow-up plan should include an action plan for increased implementation of education and training. In the action plan should give priority to the application of its school methods to increase the implementation in relation to the school's student composition, provision of training and special challenges in General. The action plan must accommodate the school's goals for increased implementation and goals for the efficacy of the methods used. Finally, the action plan will contain a report on the school's achievements in the previous year. The action plan approved by the Board and submitted no later than the 1. March to the Education Ministry in a form specified by the Ministry.
(5). The school's procedure, see. § 6 shall ensure that employees and students as well as the local education committees are involved in self evaluation and in working with plans for follow-up in the necessary and sufficient.
§ 8. The school's procedures for information gathering to ensure that the school can demonstrate its performance on an ongoing basis, including documenting the results of efforts to increase students ' implementation. The documentation must also be included in the basis for the school's self-evaluations. The ongoing information gathering must 1) highlight how teaching and the selected forms of work supports the purpose and objectives of education and training 2) include an inventory and assessment of implementation and apostasy.
(2). The results of the ongoing process of information gathering are published each year by 1. March of the following year on the school's website.
§ 9. The school's description of the principles and organization of its systematic quality work must be available in a short and concise form on the school's website.
Chapter 3 Teacher Qualifications section 10. The school must put together his teacher group such that students can achieve their objectives for individual courses, school provider.
(2). For teaching at the secondary level, which is part of a vocational education and training, apart from the basic subjects, applies the rules laid down in articles 29-31 of teacher qualifications in the law on education to the higher commercial examination (hhx) and the higher technical examination (htx) and rules laid down pursuant to article 30, paragraph 5.
§ 11. A teacher must know the hiring process have the following qualifications: 1) basic vocational training or other relevant professional training in one or more relevant areas of education. Training shall, as appropriate, be supplemented by continuation or higher education, including continuing education.
2) Relevant and current professional experience: a) teachers must teach in direct vocational technical fabric, should normally have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
(b)) For other teachers to be professional experience usually be of at least 2 years duration. For these teachers, the school may derogate from the requirement of 2 years of professional experience in cases where teachers with professional experience are not available. In this case, it is the responsibility of the school, in cooperation with the teacher to organize a process that ensures that the teacher achieves an adequate understanding of the relevant business areas.
§ 12. The teacher must acquire the following skills, if they are not achieved at the point: 1) A broad general basis, not later than 3 years after recruitment must have competencies equivalent to the level of the teacher in the vocational secondary school fagrække, including after school assessment relevant subjects at A-level. It is the school's responsibility, in cooperation with the teacher to ensure banks in general competencies.
2) A vocational educational teacher education: at the latest six years after recruitment to the teacher have competences from an educational training at least equivalent to a completed pdeng. Training commences in general no later than one year after his appointment.

(3). The school may derogate from the requirements of paragraph 1 in the case of teachers, who in a period of maximum 1 year seems like hour teachers on time and for more than half hour teachers with half time or less. (4). The school has the responsibility for determining the individual teacher's detailed educational competence.
(5). It is the responsibility of the teacher to maintain and develop the professional and pedagogical knowledge, which is necessary in order to maintain educational competence.
(6). Teachers, there follows a pedagogical education, see. (1). 2 and paragraph 2, shall receive pedagogical practical guidance.
(7). The school must draw up a plan for teacher Group's competence development. The school must, in consultation with the teachers organize teacher group and the individual teacher's professional and pedagogical education and training with a view to the necessary renewal and adjustment of teachers ' competences, including with additional professional experience.
Chapter 4 the structure of General Education section 13. A vocational education include school education and internship training, see. However, paragraph 2. School education consists of basic course and main course, see. However, paragraphs 3 and 4.
(2). In special cases can be built without professional training internship in companies.
(3). The basic course for the individual pupil can completely or partially replaced by basic practical training in a company on the basis of a training agreement (new apprenticeship), see. section 12, paragraph 1, of the law on vocational education and training, if not otherwise stated in the rules on the training.
(4). For produktionsskole based vocational training, see. Chapter 18, section 66 applies r, paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training.
§ 14. A training must contain multiple qualifying steps, see. section 15, paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training. The Minister may, however, upon the recommendation of the Council for the basic vet decide that an education not steps is shared.
(2). Training and qualifying steps must be suitable to provide the basis for employment and continuing education as well as meet the duration requirement for admission to the unemployment fund. Sessions should be organised in such a way that the pupil can resume training later in the ordinary course of events, in accordance with the rules of education.
(3). Provisions on the training referred to in paragraph 2 shall be fixed in the rules relating to the individual training. The provisions must include specific indications for the qualifying stage, provisions for final tests and other closing assessment and provisions on the issuance of evidence of education and training.

§ 15. Individual education of the basic regulation. section 15, paragraph 3, of the Act on vocational training, can be put together in such a way as to include parts of one or more vocational courses as well as other relevant programme elements and must consist of school education and internship training in a company. School education and internship training will constitute a whole of each student and must be suitable to provide the basis for employment and continuing education as well as meet the duration requirement for admission to the unemployment fund. Individual training after basic course should normally trade 2 years, of which school education 20-40 weeks. Training may in exceptional cases be extended by up to one year of internship training.
(2). An individual training organised by the school in partnership with eleven and one or more internship companies. The school must make non-sensitive personal information about its individual courses available to the public on the Internet and post a link to one of the Ministry directed electronic mailbox or similar.
School education section 16. The school will be conducting an educational and financially appropriate organisation of school education and training can provide a local adaptation, as the school develops in collaboration with the local education Committee and the practical internship companies.
(2). The school determines whether the teaching will be done by samlæsning with other training or in the form of corporate mislaid teaching with respect to the objectives set for education and the assumed quality.
(3). The school determines the milestones for the teaching of each school term. Training scheme for the individual training can, however, contain rules on the sub-object, if this can be justified in terms of school breaks, or to the context of internship training.
(4). The school distributes the teaching of the main course at school periods, taking into account: 1) relationship between school education and internship training including academic and pedagogical terms of training.
2) School opportunities to organise teaching taking into account the best possible use of the school's total resources, and to the pupils should be able to achieve the set goals.
(5). Students should be given by the school the opportunity to implement school stay or parts thereof in a foreign educational institution by agreement between the student and the school. The school ensures that the school stay abroad is planned and implemented in accordance with the objectives, content and samples, as laid down in the Education Ordinance and the education system of the education that the student follows. The student is covered by a training agreement, training enterprise must be involved, and the agreement on residency is valid only if the company has signed up to the agreement.
§ 17. The volume of basic subjects, områdefag, specialefag and electives in school education shall be laid down in the education system, so the individual training to live up to the purposes described in section 1, paragraph 2, article 15, paragraph 1, and section 22 of the Act on vocational education and training.
(2). Områdefag and specialefag must be described in such a way that it is possible for schools in their training expertise to let the subjects engage in interaction with other subjects, projects, themes and the like and such that students can be judged separately in the individual subjects.
Basic course section 18. Basic course in vocational training must be a praksisnær flexible initial part of vocational training. The basic process must include training on the basis of labour market needs for qualifications can meet the individual student's wants, needs and opportunities with regard to vocational, General and personal competences in order to continue the course, possibly in a main specialty. The basic process to be further could help to supplement the qualifications with regard to student competence. Education shall be organised in such a way that the student will have the opportunity to achieve the goal of the teaching of the basic course, including the competences laid down for transition to the individual main course, see. § 3.
(2). Because programmes are grouped in 12 vocational common entrances, known as: 1) Car, aircraft and other means of transport.
2) construction and maintenance.
3) construction and user service.
4) Animals, plants and nature.
5) Body and style.
6) food for people.
7) media production.
8) production and development.
9) power, management and IT.
10) Health, care and education.
11) transport and logistics.
12) Mercenary.
(3). The optional teaching of the basic course, see. section 60, lasts a maximum of 40 weeks. In paragraph 2, no. 1-11, referred to input the compulsory education and the optional teaching exceed 60 weeks in total.
(4). The school is not the main provider of education, as the basic course is aimed at, the school cooperation with schools that offer these main course. Cooperation must include agreements on local education Committee business.
§ 19. The school must, where appropriate, in cooperation with other schools offer pupils teaching that includes all the competences which students must meet at the transition from basic course for school education in each of the main course, which is placed to the entrance.
(2). The school must, where appropriate, in cooperation with other schools or school forms provide a plurality of educational offerings that meet the objectives of the optional teaching.
(3). A basic course is implemented as a coherent course. However, the school may divide the basic course in several school periods for students with educational agreement in accordance with the rules of the individual education if the school finds that there is sufficient student basis.
(4). Additional basic gradient classes, see. § 63, lasts no more than 10 weeks.
(5). For students in the new apprenticeship, see. section 13, paragraph 3, may be carried out teaching, selected from the basic course, see. section 58, paragraph 3.
§ 20. The school conducts ongoing and final reviews of the pupil's development and position of the basic course in accordance with the rules of basic subjects and the rules for the individual courses. The assessment in the optional part of the teaching follows the rules for individual subjects.
§ 21. Because the course is completed with a project that forms the basis of a sample, where the pupil's acquisition of the competences that the student must meet for transition from the basic course for the main course, see. § 3, paragraph 2, no. 4, will be assessed.
(2). The test follows the rules of the ordonnance on tests and exams in vocational education.
(3). The examination must, in General, item 30 minutes including assessment.
(4). The detailed framework for the project and the test laid down in the school's local curriculum.
(5). Students who have completed additional education after the basic gradient a completed basic course within the same input, do not exit the teaching with a new basic gradient project and test.
(6). The learner can, when it is justified by special circumstances, let it set for trial in Danish.
(7). Provisions of any samples in addition to the test provided for in paragraph 1, shall be laid down in the rules of the individual courses.
Main course section 22. A main gradient mandatory share items in General not more than 3 years and 6 months. The duration of compulsory schooling in the main course may not normally exceed 60 weeks.
Basic subjects section 23. The teaching of basic subjects of the school must be organised in conjunction with the other classes, so that the student acquires knowledge and skills in the basic subjects and its actual application in the other disciplines and practice areas that are attached to the selected business area. Theory and problem solving must support each other, so the subject contributes to the student's vocational training with competencies included in the training.
§ 24. Each student must in basic course with an indicative duration of 21-40 weeks, including the duration of any optional teaching of basic subjects, audition in one basic subjects with test.
(2). Each student must in basic course with an indicative duration of 41-60 weeks, including the duration of any optional teaching of basic subjects, audition in two basic subjects with test.
(3). Each student must in basic course with an indicative duration of 61 weeks or more audition in the three basic subjects, if the pupil has completed training in three or more basic subjects with test.
(4). In paragraphs 1 to 3, those samples determined by draw among all pupils ' basic subjects with test, however, the deletion of any subjects with mandatory trial precedes an extracted subjects.
(5). Pupils in eux-course, see. section 1, paragraph 6, shall, however, give the number of samples in the basic subjects, who follows the rules about individual eux-scenario, see. section 3, paragraph 4.
§ 25. Each student should be in the main course, where school education including any electives and study addressed high school has a duration of less than 21 weeks, audition in one basic subjects with test.
(2). Each student should be in the main course, where school education including any electives and study addressed high school has a duration of 21-40 weeks, audition in two basic subjects with test.
(3). Each student should be in the main course, where school education including any electives and study addressed high school has a duration of 41 weeks or more, audition in three basic subjects with test.
(4). In paragraphs 1 to 3, those samples determined by draw among all pupils ' basic subjects with test, however, the deletion of any subjects with mandatory trial precedes an extracted subjects.

(5). Pupils in eux-course, see. section 1, paragraph 6, shall, however, give the number of samples in the basic subjects, who follows the rules about individual eux-scenario, see. section 3, paragraph 4.
Specialefag § 26. Specialefag occurs only in the main course.
(2). Specialefag can be bound or optional. A bound specialefag is associated with one or more specialties in an education and are thus determined by choice of specialty.
(3). Specialefag must normally have a duration of at least one week. However, this does not apply to the subjects referred to in section 27.
(4). The number of optional specialefag in an education should reflect a realistic option for students and the tender opportunity schools. For a master thesis with a week's optional specialefag must be at least two courses to choose from, and there may in General not exceed 20 subjects to choose from. For each extra week's optional specialefag out over a week, the number of optional specialefag, the student can choose from, will be increased by a maximum of five.
§ 27. The Technical Committee shall cooperate, on the application of labour-market training as optional specialefag with the training Committee set up in accordance with the law on labour market training, etc.
(2). The Technical Committee will inform the training committees about options for Ministry of education about rules on education, including the optional specialefag and meritorious subjects.
Elective section 28. Students choose electives. Each school determines which school offers eleven electives. However, the school must always offer the teaching of at least one foreign language in addition to English, as well as training in the establishment of self-employment, including innovation.
(2). If the school is not a sufficient basis for the creation of the required student electives, school refer student to another educational institution that can implement the teaching.
(3). The school should give options and offer subjects and levels, that are important for the further training and for access to higher education, as well as the theoretical, practical and creative electives, which complement the vocational and general education for students who wish to elaborate more specific topics in their training, or who want greater width.
(4). By electives that are included as subjects in other courses or in single subject schemes, school must follow the rules laid down for that education, including rules about teacher qualifications.
(5). The school offers electives, which students must appear in the school's local curriculum. Evaluation ways and assessment basis must also be reflected in the school's local curriculum.
Performance standards section 29. In the descriptions of områdefag and specialefag in training schemes for individual courses to the Technical Committee to apply the following performance standards: 1) beginner level. The student can solve a task and perform an activity in a known position or from a known issue or can perform a more complex activity under guidance. At this level, the emphasis is on personal jurisdiction to acquaint themselves with learning fundamental knowledge and skill areas and competence to develop accountability and the basis for continued learning. At the beginning level is established also independence in task solution.
2) Experienced level. The student can plan and implement a task or activity or solve a problem in a routine or known situation and environment, alone and in cooperation with others. At this level, emphasis should be placed on the personal competence to independently put himself into more complicated issues and to communicate with others about the solution thereof. Additional emphasis is placed on flexibility and adaptability.
3) Advanced level. The student can assess a problem, plan, solve and implement a task or activity or solve a problem also in non-routine situations – alone or in cooperation with others – taking into account the nature of the task. At this level, emphasis should be placed on the personal jurisdiction to take independent responsibility and show initiative and competence to formulate and solve professional and social tasks and problems. Additional emphasis is placed on quality and creativity.
(2). Specialefag, which is described on the advanced level, can be described with the following additional performance standard, which is optional for students: expert level. The student can solve complex tasks and can argue for the chosen solutions of problems encountered. The emphasis is on the ability to be able to use already results skills in a new context, on the ability to work with overview and participate in workplace innovatory processes. At this level, emphasis should be placed on the personal competence of targeted to be able to plan, organize, execute and evaluate work processes so that the quality of the process and the result is guaranteed. In addition, emphasis is placed on the fact that the student can assess and justify the need for improvement of work processes, as well as to the student can communicate about his professionalism in all relevant contexts.
(3). The subjects should, as far as possible be described with an optional addition to the required level of performance.
(4). Performance standards may be omitted by the optional specialefag, which is selected in the form of labour market training, or where the level is determined by that teaching must meet the requirements for certification or similar.
High school section 30. The purpose of the study addressed high school student should be able to supplement that is vocational competence with partial or total study of competence referred to in article 6. However, section 1, paragraph 6. The student should be able to choose study oriented single subjects (General basic subjects, vocational secondary school subjects as well as specific subjects at upper secondary level, cf. § 4 and § 6 of the law on student qualifying exam in connection with vocational education and training (eux), etc.), which, together with vocational competence gives access to the vocational college education and other higher education, located in the natural extension of the student's training. The school can also offer eleven more of the vocational secondary school subjects, which are required in order to attain the full study competence by high school. Studio aimed high school can last until 1 1/2 years as a full-time education.
(2). The student and the company as a vocational high school can choose to supplement the mandatory targets in the training through the choice of further education within the optional specialefag in training on a scale of up to 4 weeks.
(3). High school vocational training takes place in a main course or immediately thereafter, see. Article 24, paragraph 4, of the law on vocational education and training. If the supplementary, voluntary education takes place in the pupil's working hours agreements and training the parties to the agreement in connection with the choice of the teaching, whether paid salaries under the supplementary schooling, and of training time should be extended accordingly.
Rules on accreditation section 31. The Technical Committee shall give recommendation about rules, which gives the student the right to credit is given (exemption) for parts of the programme on the basis of already achieved qualifications, both in relation to internship training and school education.
(2). Setting of rules in accordance with paragraph 1 may include specially planned training sessions for groups of students.
(3). You want to know these rules, to the extent possible, take into account the student's previous education and employment, see. § 54.
Supplementary courses § 32. Supplementary courses under section 16 of the law on vocational education and training are created according to the rules of the relevant training. If not otherwise provided for in these rules, items, an additional course, including possible pathways after paragraph 2 to a maximum of 20 weeks and aims, to the student along with prior training or employment can obtain qualifications equivalent to the basic course in upper secondary education. In accordance with the rules of the training courses can be covered by a training agreement.
(2). The additional courses may include sequences of up to 2 weeks, designed to assess the student's practical and theoretical skills with a view to the school or the Professional Committee decision on credit is given in the relevant training.
Internship training section 33. Internship training follows the objectives and the areas of work laid down in the rules of the individual courses, see. also § 75.
(2). Training scheme for the individual training must contain detailed instructions on the interaction between school and work placement activities, including on the application of the personal training plan and training book.
Final samples § 34. Training ends with a trial (final sample) If this follows the rules of the individual training. The final test may be included in the school portion at the last school period in training. The final sample can also take place after school period as a journeyman's test, organized by the Technical Committee.
(2). The final test takes place before the contract period ends. If not otherwise provided for in the rules of the concerned education, finds a final try at the earliest place three months, however, in exceptional cases up to six months before the agreement period ends.
section 35. Test methods should take account of the overall training purposes and to ensure that there can be an individual assessment of the examinees.
(2). Final samples, including journeyman's tests, carried out in school education, follow the rules for tests and exams in vocational education.
(3). For the Studio qualifying exam (eux), see. 1, paragraph 6, shall apply the rules laid down in section 33 (a), paragraph 4, of the law on vocational education and training.

§ 36. Provisions for the journeyman's tests to be incurred by the Technical Committee, shall be laid down in the rules of the individual training.
(2). Provisions for journeymen samples should contain rules on the following: 1) Sample basis: a) Specimen (questions, task and similar), if the reply is the basis for the assessment.
b) Possible involvement of other material.
(c) the restriction of the use of) any assistive devices.
2) test sequence: a) the time frame.
b) Possible draw.
c) any preparation, including duration and shape.
(d)) the way the implementation.
3) form: a) the responder lifetime notify in writing.
b) oral.
c) Handy.
d) Combinations of (a) to (c).
(3). The test may after the Technical Committee provision be electronic based with regard to the basis, pathway and answer or elements thereof.
(4). The rules shall also include: 1) rules on the professional designation Committee of film masters (censors).
2) rules on setting to journeymen sample.
3) indication of the criteria for assessment.
4) indication of pass/fail criterion.
5) rules on adjudication way including any rules about scoring.
6) Rules on access to adjust to the new journeymen sample.
7) Rules on the possible declaration of svendeprøve character in the diploma.
8) Rules on complaints to the Technical Committee in connection with the samples.
(5). If using a different scale than the current grading scale, the rules must contain a description of the selected character scale. Is this a numerical scale, set criteria for the individual values in the scale, which cannot be confused with the General scale. The final assessment of the test must be expressed in either one number or one verbal description.
(6). The Technical Committee may, within the framework of the rules on training lay down detailed guidelines for the journeyman's tests, including rules on the payment of the basic regulation. section 33, paragraph 4, of the law on vocational education and training.
(7). The Technical Committee must ensure that pupils, schools and work placement companies are familiar with the guidelines that the Technical Committee has produced.
(8). By journeymen samples held by the Technical Committee, the Technical Committee no later than six weeks after the test organization submitting information on the achieved grades to the school.
Chapter 5 restricted Access limitation to the training, etc.
section 37. There is restricted to established an education, see. section 9, paragraph 1, of the law on vocational education and training, there is only access to education and basic course for students who have a training agreement, which also includes the basic process, see. However, paragraph 2.
(2). If there are established without prejudice to access restriction. (1) the Minister may stipulate that in addition to pupils with educational agreement can be admitted students without training agreement to a limited extent, taking into account the employment situation of the graduates.
(3). The constraint, see. paragraph 2 shall be fixed in such a way that the individual school can record a number of pupils, which are calculated as a percentage of all the education agreements with the exception of short training agreements, see. section 48 (1), (3). paragraph, of the law on vocational education and training, rest uddannelsesaftaler of the basic regulation. Article 48, paragraph 5, and section 66 in, and lots of school internships, see. § 66 (f) of paragraph 1, which are registered at the school, in the calendar year is 2 years prior to the year in which students are to be admitted. The resulting number is rounded to the nearest whole number.
(4). The Ministry of education appointment by a possible constraint and the basis of assessment applicable in the month of June of the following calendar year.
(5). If there are several applicants without training agreement, than they are in accordance with paragraph 3 may initiate the basic curriculum, the school where teaching should be carried out, the decision about who can begin the basic cycle. The decision taken on the basis of an assessment of the individual applicant's fitness for the training on the basis of previous training and eventual employment, unless otherwise provided by the rules of the individual training. Pupils shall, not later than 4 weeks before the commencement of the basic process to be notified whether they are recorded in the relevant basic course. Students who are not admitted, to be coached about other training opportunities.
(6). Schools that have not previously offered an education that can record a number of students without training agreement. The number of students is determined by the Ministry of education in connection with procurement location of training.
(7). The Council for the Basic Vocational Education on the basis of information obtained from the Technical Committee recommendation to the Ministry of education of any decisions taken pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 6. The same applies to any setting of access restriction to an education without placement.
section 38. For health and social care training and the educational Assistant education comprises access restrictions of the established sizing in a region, see. section 43 (4) and (5) of the law on vocational education and training. Optagelsestallet is distributed by the Ministry of education on education institutions upon the recommendation of the Council for the Basic Vocational Education on the basis of information obtained from the Technical Committee.
(2). Schools must, however, admit students beyond the quantity referred to in paragraph 1, when students have signed a training agreement with an approved internship activities, which do not form part of the basis for dimensioning.
Restricted to school internship section 39. If it is determined that there are restricted to school work placement, see. paragraph 66 (b), paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education, lays down the number of, as each school is able to record back-to-school trainee, in a similar way as the number of students that can be admitted without training agreement, see. section 37, paragraphs 3 and 4.
(2). The Council for the basic vet gives off setting of access restriction to school internship.
Chapter 6 Local learning plans, etc. and conduct section 40. The local curriculum set by the school in collaboration with the local education Committee. Drawing up training plans for the basic course and main course. The learning plan is the school's documentation of teaching and must be finalised before the beginning of the stay school. Students should be made aware of the learning plan, and it should be available on the school website.
(2). It is the responsibility of the school in collaboration with the local education Committee to follow the need for renewal of the learning plan and make the necessary revision.
(3). The local education plan should include the school's possible supply of eux-scenario, see. section 1, paragraph 6.
§ 41. The local learning plan must contain description of: 1) The detailed structure of school education and for the interaction between school education and internship training.
2) pedagogical, didactic and methodological considerations when teaching implementation, including choice of teaching and learning methods.
3) contents of the learning activities, as the school has divided the teaching of. It must appear on the description, what targets or milestones included in the learning activity.
4) the school's offer of electives and optional education, including high school, as well as guidelines for the school's guidance in this regard.
5) the pupil's working time for learning activities, including projects, etc., as well as the student's homework, so it is clear that the requirement in article 56, paragraph 2, are met.
6) School evaluation plan, including how and when the continuous assessment takes place.
7) Teacher qualifications, resources and equipment, where the rules on the training provides specific requirements for that purpose.
8) Content in school internship and the internship evaluation by students in school internship.
9) transitional arrangements by means of an amendment of the local curriculum.
(2). The local learning plan shall also include or refer to: 1) criteria for the school's assessment of students ' skills and assumptions in the preparation of the student's personal education plan and training record book.
2) Description of the school's approach to the assessment of pupils ' suitability in connection with school internship, see. § 107.
3) the school's criteria and procedures for admission of students in courses with restricted admission to school and internship restricted.
4) the school's rules for exam, which the school shall determine in accordance with Ordinance on tests and exams in vocational education.
5) description of organization of the school's cooperation with the Technical Committee, the training enterprise and eleven of the holding of examinations and the issuance of certificates.
(3). The local learning plan may be in full extent in "Student program". If school avails itself of this option, must be on the school's website be link to here, see. the rules laid down in the legislation on transparency and openness in education, etc.
§ 42. The school must determine the code of conduct for students in the school's vocational education and training. The school must inform the students about the code of conduct at the latest at the beginning of teaching. The school informs the local education Committee on rules.
(2). The code of conduct must include: 1) rules on the students ' compulsory attendance and presence.
2) rules on absence and for the registration of absence, including whether the absence has had legal justification.
3) rules on students ' homework and task delivery.
4) rules on students ' participation in project work or similar work, where appropriate, outside the school, and the school's registration thereof.

5) rules on students ' sick leaves and similar messages.
6) Rules on school under the direction of internship companies by neglect.
7) Rules of good order and other rules, as the school deems appropriate.
8) Rules on the measures the school will observe by violations of the code of conduct.
(3). The school must keep ongoing records of pupils ' absence, including whether the absence has had legal justification. The school must inform the possible internship company on registration no later than the end of the stay school. The school must constantly be in possession of a list of the individual student's total absences.
Chapter 7 dissemination of internships section 43. Schools must establish an appropriate cooperation with each other and with the Technical Committee on communication of internships to trainee job seekers who do not even have been able to obtain an internship.
(2). Schools and the Technical Committee shall collaborate in the maintenance of www.praktikpladsen.dk, see. notice of the Professional Committee of authorisation dossiers.
§ 44. Schools need to use for the dissemination of training places and for lighting of field placement situation provide necessary information regarding: 1) trainee job seeker, their educational background and aspirations for education, geographical distribution and other relevant information concerning the trainee job seekers.
2) Approved internships, their educational opportunities, geographical distribution and other relevant information.
3 field placement opportunities) in businesses that are not approved, but which can be assumed to comply with the conditions of total or partial approval. The information collected in collaboration with the Technical Committee or the local education Committee, if they are authorised to do so by the Technical Committee.
§ 45. Schools shall, in cooperation with the Technical Committee, the local education committees, municipalities, regional employment councils and other relevant partners undertake outreach with a view to providing internships. Schools can agree on a division of labour with the cooperating parties.
(2). Schools outreach can take place through company visits, information about the applicant's qualifications and educational training places would, informational meetings as well as other systematic efforts.
(3). This outreach should include both approved and non-approved companies. For the non-approved establishments include work with the local education Committee involvement also study on the possibilities of obtaining the Technical Committee approval of the company as internship and the possibilities for subsequent learning agreements including combo agreements, etc.
(4). The Technical Committee shall carry out outreach activities, see. section 43, paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training. The outreach activities include both approved and non-approved establishments within the Committee's area. The Committee supervises the companies about the various possibilities for concluding learning agreements. The Technical Committee should contact the approved enterprises with appropriate intervals in order to ensure the best possible use of the company's potential as a work placement company.
Title II the pupil's educational courses, etc.
Chapter 8 the admission of pupils in the school section 46. Students are admitted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law on vocational education and training and according to the rules laid down in chapters 17 and 18.
(2). Students after secondary school § 33, paragraph 4, have been given permission to meet the compulsory education requirement by participating in vocational training, have the right to start a vocational training. The school collaborates with the school authorities.
(3). For students who are admitted on the basis of the training agreement, moreover, §§ 84-99 application.
(4). The inclusion of students who are not Danish nationals, assumes that the student has a residence permit or other residence basis, as a minimum, include the total duration of training. However, this does not apply to exchange students, see. section 19 (2). 3, of the law on vocational education and training.
§ 47. School may establish requirements for the applicant's Danish language skills by recording the basic course or a main course of education. The requirements may include no more than language skills equivalent to the test in Danish 3, see. notice of tests within the Danish education for adult foreigners and others. or Try in Danish 2, see. the same Executive order, supplemented with at least 6 months work experience within the relevant employment area.
(2). For students who have signed a training agreement, the rules laid down in paragraph 1 shall not apply.
section 48. If the school, the applicant would not have space for the applicant, must ensure that the school in question can be accepted at another school, providing the relevant training. The school must provide information on alternative school opportunities.
(2). For applicants without a training agreement, the school may, in the case of specific capacity problems to record pupil with effect from the school's next recording termin.
(3). Provider school not the basic course or the training, the pupil, the school would say what other schools which implement the relevant teaching.
§ 49. The school usually gives the applicant notice of admission no later than 4 weeks after receipt and no later than 4 weeks before the beginning of education.
Chapter 9 the pupil's training Personal training plan, etc.
§ 50. The school shall draw up, together with the pupil and a possible internship company at the beginning of the training course of a personal training plan for the student. The student, the school and the training enterprise is responsible for following up on the education plan and including take the initiative for possible revision, inter alia in the light of the ongoing assessment of the pupil. Evaluation may lead to the individual student completes one profession at a different level than it originally planned. The school has a parent initiative.
(2). For students entering the basic course without training agreement, may engage in the education plan to include basic course. For students who want the option of recording to school internship must include at least 3 training plan would.
(3). To use for the education plan should the school have completed a competency assessment by the student in General within 2 weeks from the commencement of the teaching. This assessment should include a specific description of the pupil's assumptions in relation to the mainly wanted education, including a possible need for supplementary education. The assessment is carried out, among other things, on the basis of the student's previous school education, training or employment. The assessment must also give the student a clear understanding of the own merits and needs. The aim is that the training courses, the student chooses, begin on the right input level without double training, and to the pupil's potential need for additional teaching will be assessed. The assessment is part of the basis for the preparation of the education plan with regard to decisions on the basic gradient's contents and duration, including, where appropriate, choice of basic gradient package and possible accreditation of parts of the basic course.
(4). As the basis for the education plan should the school provide guidance on educational opportunities and requirements in education, so the student can make a realistic choice of training levels and choice of teaching. The school must also provide guidance to the student about the possibility to replace a discipline or a level in a subject in accordance with rules laid down in the education system, see. section 4, paragraph 3.
(5). When the school receives a training contract for the registration, the school takes the initiative for the elaboration of personal education plan or updating of the existing training plan. The school shall submit proposals to the training plan or updated training plan for the parties.
(6). If the student have a current training plan in accordance with the Act on guidance on training and professions, be taken as a starting point.
(7). Schools that use student management system EASY, must apply» Student plan ' for the creation and updating of the student's personal education plan.
§ 51. The education plan should contain information about the education, the student is planning to implement, including: 1) the pupil's expression of his personal objective of education.
2) The teaching the pupil must implement.
3) The internship training the student must implement, without prejudice. (3).
4) Election of specialefag of the basic regulation. (3).
5) indication of the student's choice of supplementary teaching (high school), see. § 24, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the law on vocational education and training, or choice of teaching leading to study qualifying exam (eux), see. section 33 (a) of the law on vocational education and training.
6) information on any individual training, see. Article 15, paragraph 3. The information must include the description of objectives and other frames for the pupil's school education and internship training.
7) information about possibly special courses.
(2). The education plan shall, with respect to the basic curriculum also contain information about: 1) Because the expected duration, start and end date.
2) learner's goals for the basic cycle, including learner's training or educational choice and want any requests for additional training of competence.
3) The teaching, the student has signed up, including, where appropriate, project work and choice of optional teaching.
4) tests the pupil must attend.
5) learner's plans regarding trainee job search, if the student does not have a training agreement.

6) information about the alternative choice of school education, if the student is unable to continue in the mostly desired education.
(3). For students with educational agreement training enterprise must: 1) Together with the learner develop a plan for internship training in the company in accordance with the rules of education.
2) Help in the choice of specialefag, in accordance with the rules of education.
(4). For students in the new apprenticeship, see. section 13, paragraph 3, should the school provide guidance to the parties on education and assist in the preparation of the education plan, as far as possible in the field of education has been concluded. The school must ensure that the rules on the training does not preclude that the training can begin with the basic practical training. The education plan should include: 1) start and end time for the basic practical training referred to in article 6. section 58 (1) and (2).
2) information about which main course and possibly specialty, the practical training should provide access to, as well as information about what vocational, General and personal competences, learners must achieve before the commencement of the teaching of the main course.
3) information about which school lessons, the student may carry out in addition to the practical training referred to in article 6. section 58, paragraph 3.
4) Level of contact between school and work placement activities and the continuous assessment of the pupil and the school's involvement in it, see. section 58, paragraph 4.
5) time, location and approach for the final competence assessment of eleven in progress, see. section 58, paragraph 5.
6) any teaching from the corresponding basic course, who moved to the main process, see. section 64 (5).
(5). For pupils in school internship education plan must contain the in (2). 5, referred to information and information, moreover, of importance for skolepraktik training, including plan for internship training.
§ 52. The school can in preparing the pupil's education plan provide that the pupil should complement the teaching, looking towards the attainment of competences, which the student must meet at the transition from basic course for school education in that the main course, with lessons from the optional part of the process. Education shall contribute to the pupil at the end of the basic course achieves the competences that are necessary to be able to continue in a main course. The school must provide for teaching in collaboration with the student and a possible internship company.
(2). The school is taking during training position to the possible need for additional classes, see. section 59 (1).
§ 53. The school must make contact teachers and mentors to the students who need support and guidance from such contacts in order to be able to implement a begun educational courses. The school establishes a framework for contact teachers and mentors business.
(2). The school should ensure that the students who need it, offered social, personal or psychological counseling. The school establishes a framework for this advice.
(3). For students who need enhanced reading skills in order to be able to implement a training course, the school started offering support and guidance for academic reading. The school establishes a framework for this reading guide, including the framework for coordinating the reading tutor function.
(4). The school may cooperate with other schools and authorities about the tasks referred to in paragraphs 1-3.
(5). Educational and vocational guidance, which forms part of the school's restraint work, should be undertaken by supervisors, who have completed the three compulsory modules as well as a relevant choice module on diploma programme in education and vocational guidance, a professional bacheloruddannelse in public administration with field of study in educational and vocational guidance or master of science in guidance, see. However, paragraphs 6 and 7.
(6). Guidance can also be undertaken by 1) persons who have at least 5 years of professional experience as a supervisor and has completed one of the following former supervisor training: a) the school and/or youth counselor training (the Danish University of education, etc.)
b) Adult supervisor training (the Danish University of education, National Vocational Educational teacher training, etc.)
(c) education and vocational training) supervisor at vocational schools (formerly referred to as the study guide) (Danish Vocational pedagogical teacher training) d) Counsellor training for student counsellors at colleges, hf-courses and adult education centres (Ministry of education) e) basic training for educational counsellors in general adult education (Ministry of education) f) Counsellor training at higher education-basic course and 4 modules (Ministry of education), 2) persons who have at least 3 years of professional experience as a supervisor and before the 1. August 2008 has completed the three basic modules in the diploma programme in education and vocational guidance, and 3) persons, which documents a similar guidance professional level of competence by a real competence assessment.
(7). School may temporarily derogate from the education requirements set out in paragraphs 5 and 6 of already staff tutors. The school may also derogate from the requirements in recruitment when it is not possible to recruit tutors, which complies with the requirements. The school should have a plan for when all supervisors can live up to the training requirements set out in paragraphs 5 and 6.
Credit is given to section 54. By definition of the teaching, the student must complete, eleven have credited what eleven have diplomas or other documentation for and pupil's real competences in General. The school shall decide on exemptions for parts of the programme on the basis of the credit is given in accordance with paragraphs 2 to 4 and, moreover, in accordance with the rules of the individual training and other rules about credits. The Technical Committee may shorten training time, see. section 57 of the law on vocational education and training.
(2). A student who has completed part of an education, or which by the way can get credited educational prerequisites on the basis of the student's actual or formal competences, could rise on a training or a qualifying step on the basis of an individual assessment of the learner's competences. The Technical Committee shall determine the duration of internship training.
(3). If the credits are based on education or employment that do not fully correspond to the contents of a subject that the student gets relief from, the school may require that the student participates in the teaching profession, which is needed to achieve the education goals.
(4). The school must offer the student teaching at higher level or other relevant teaching instead of the teaching, the learner should be exempted from the regulation. However, paragraph 6.
(5). The school may make exemption conditional upon the student in any other way acquire knowledge as assessed by the school needed to achieve the objectives set for education.
(6). In cases where the school lay down the rules on shortening of school education with more than 4 weeks for pupils with education agreement, the school, if not otherwise specified in the rules about training, inform the concerned technical committee thereof for the purpose of the Committee's decision concerning the shortening of the total training time.
(7). The basic gradient certificate, school certificate or school guidance indicate if there have been credits, and the basis on which this has happened.
Training record book section 55. The school provides the student with a training record book at the start of school education. Training manual shall contain: 1) the issued school guides and other evidence for teaching, the learner has completed.
2) The internship training enterprise has issued statements.
3) the pupil's education plan.
4) Other information relevant to the student's education, without prejudice. also paragraphs 2 to 4.
(2). The school must ensure that educational book also contains rules governing the education, including rules about the aptitude requirements for school placement.
(3). Eleven insert copy of any signed training agreement and any additions thereto in education book. Furthermore, evidence and other documentation for the student inserts the already completed part of the compulsory education in the form of basic gradient proof, school manuals and practice statements. The student determines whether evidence of teaching, which is not compulsory in vocational training, to be included in the training manual. These documents may replace those parts of the education plan, as the education plan be realized.
(4). Eleven insert any information concerning, and evidence of work placement abroad, see. § 5, paragraph 5, of the law on vocational education and training.
(5). Educational book is the pupil's own, and the pupil are required to maintain educational book with issued certificates and any revisions of the education plan. The school has a duty to follow up on this and possibly assist the pupil. The student must inform the training enterprise on training the book's content.
(6). Training book and the certificates and other documentation, which is part of the educational book, must not contain any information about absences or information about social conditions or other sensitive personal information about the student.
(7). Educational book can be available electronically in whole or in part ' Student level '.
Chapter 10 school education Generally § 56. Teaching should take into account the individual everywhere student's professional and personal opportunities to learn. In the course of a training session to be eleven meeting various education and forms of work, including those aimed at promoting the desire and ability to continue learning in a lifelong perspective.

(2). School education is carried out for each student as a full-time education, and pupil's work must be of a level equivalent to working time of a full-time employed in the labour market.
(3). The school engages students in the organisation of teaching, including the choice of specific content in accordance with the student's personal education plan.
Basic course and basic practical training (new apprenticeship) section 57. The school in the local education plan must determine how the teaching of the basic programmes are organized, see. § 41.
(2). Education shall be organised on the basis of the individual pupil's requirements and needs, and so the student will be introduced to one or more desired education and from basic gradient's beginning meetings relevant professionalism in empirical contexts. Students without educational agreement is challenged in their choice through praksisnær testing and capacity-building and in such a way that the student shall be informed of meetings and other relevant areas of education.
(3). The school shall organise the teaching of the basic courses involved, both as an individual planned course and as specially structured course (basic gradient packs), so that the total offer is suitable to meet all students ' needs and prerequisites.
(4). Schools must be advertise offered basic gradient packs on the school website so that students, parents, and tutors are familiar with the packages.
§ 58. The basic practical training (new apprenticeship), see. section 13, paragraph 3, including possible school education usually lasts for 1 year, there shall be counted from the commencement date pursuant to the education agreement and forward to the competency assessment, see. (4). In education, where it provided basic course is longer than 20 weeks, see. the individual training notices, can process last longer, up to a maximum of ½ years in addition to the prescribed duration of the basic course.
(2). The practical training referred to in article 6. (1) to help the student achieve the vocational, General and personal competences, as in accordance with the rules of the programme is necessary in order to be able to start on the teaching of main curriculum of the relevant training. As part of the teaching, which aims, to the student achieves all competences, which the student must meet for the transition from the basic course for the main courses, the school offers guidance, see. section 50, paragraph 4, as well as guidance on field placement opportunities, relevant learning opportunities and mobility services, as well as provide information on legal relations between students and placement firms and on the conditions for admission to school internship.
(2). By guidance on other educational areas are cooperating the school with other authorities, etc., who manages the relevant guidance schemes.
section 60. The optional teaching of the basic course should as far as possible, be carried out as an integral part of the teaching, aiming that the student achieves all competences, which the student must meet for the transition from the basic course for the main course. The total teaching must give each individual student the opportunity: 1) to support the acquisition of the General and professional knowledge, which is necessary in order to be able to continue in a main course and including obtaining training agreement, 2) to participate in education at higher level than required in order to be able to expand its study competence, 3) to inform and clarify both the education that is attributed to the respective vocational common entrance and about other educational opportunities, and 4) academic contemplation and personal development.
(2). The student chose in cooperation with a possible internship enterprise training in connection with the establishment of the personal training plan, see. However, section 52, paragraph 1.
(3). Teaching in accordance with paragraph 1, nr. 3 and 4 must be limited in proportion to the duration of the compulsory part of the curriculum.
section 61. As optional teaching school for students without training agreement can organise the stay in a company in guidance purposes. Business stopovers may have a duration of no more than 1 week in the same company. Business stay is intended to contribute to the student's clarification of educational choices and help to create contact between students and companies with a view to the conclusion of a training agreement.
§ 62. When the basic cycle is completed, the school shall issue a certificate of completed the basic course, where the pupil after the school's overall assessment has achieved the necessary professional, General and personal prerequisites in order to be able to continue in a main course, including met any requirements in accordance with the rules of the relevant training for the education, the pupil wishes to continue in.
(2). A proof of completed basic course must contain information on the competences, as the student has achieved, and on the optional teaching, the student has carried out, with an indication of any able point or test characters. The certificate shall indicate which course the student will be able to continue in the head at the time of issuance of the certificate.
(3). If the pupil at the end of the basic course does not satisfy the conditions laid down in order to be able to continue in the main course of the student's personal education plan is aimed at, or eleven interrupts the basic course, the school will issue a declaration containing the information about the conducted teaching and any samples, see. (2). The student has the right to any evidence of single subjects, if there is a basis for it.
(4). When a basic course for students with educational agreement is divided in several school periods, shall issue the school a school guide to the student after the end of each school term.
(5). For students who have completed the basic practical training referred to in article 6. section 13, paragraph 3, shall grant school after the assessment, see competence. § 58, paragraphs 4 and 5, a certificate of the completion of the course, if the learner has achieved the designation ' approved '. Certificate in lieu of the basic gradient proof. The certificate must include information on education, including information about the practical task, see. section 58, paragraph 5, as well as possible school education and any test results. The certificate shall contain the information about the possible reason gradient education to be carried out in the main course of the basic regulation. section 51, paragraph 4, nr. 6, and section 64 (5). (6). The teaching of the main course of section 64. The school conducts classes in accordance with the rules of the individual training, see. However, paragraph 6.

(3). The school offers, where appropriate in cooperation with other schools and institutions of the specialefag bound to the specializations in education. School provider also optional specialefag, which is linked to education, to such an extent that the student and the company ensured a wide selection basis.
(4). The school must notify the student and the company to choose optional specialefag by other schools or institutions.
(5). For students, where the basic course are entirely or partly replaced by basic practical training, (new apprenticeship), includes the teaching of main curriculum also teaching, which according to the proof of the implementation of the new apprenticeship, see. section 62, paragraph 5, has been moved from the corresponding basic course for the main course. This education must as far as possible, be carried out as part of the student's regular school lessons in the main course.
(6). For students receiving school education in accordance with the rules in paragraph 66 (e), of the law on vocational education and training, the school may deviate from the rules of the individual's training with regard to the correlation between school education and internship training.
Chapter 11 the pupil's participation in school education section 65. Students must participate in the individual vocational training school education in accordance with the rules on the training and the student's personal education plan.
(2). Students must follow the school code of conduct, see. § 42.
§ 66. Students can be absent from teaching by disease and by other legitimate reasons, there is documented after the school modalities for doing so.
(2). The school can in special cases according to the pupil's request, grant a short-term educational freedom, if the school determines that the pupil can achieve the education goals. For students with educational agreement taken the decision after negotiation with the training enterprise.
section 67. School may exclude a student from continuing education, see. section 50, paragraph 1, of the law on vocational education and training.
(2). A student may only be excluded from continuing education when less stringent measures, in accordance with article 3. (3) and section 53, have been tried in vain. For students with educational agreement must also follow the steps the school under section 74, paragraph 2 and 3.
(3). section 68. A student found to have been guilty of particularly serious offence, and it must be expected that as a result it will be a decision on exclusion from continued teaching, the learner can be returned without prior notice until a final decision has been taken by the exclusion issue.
section 69. When a student has neglected all teaching for any length of time, and the school in vain has made reasonable efforts to make contact with the pupil, the pupil, the school may consider as announced. section 70. For students who are subject to parental authority, any written communications sent to the custodial parent, with a copy to the student.
§ 71. The school may call students to a new school stay in case of illness or other absences.
(2). For students who have completed a renewed school stay, training time is extended, see. sections 58 and 59 of the law on vocational education and training.
(3). The school may send the student home and summon the pupil to a renewed school stay, if the student has been absent from teaching to such an extent that the student did not receive a satisfactory yield of teaching.
section 72. A student is excluded from continuing education when the school has given written notice to the student and to eventual holder of parental authority.
section 73. When the school excludes a pupil from the school of continuing education, for the pupil and any holder of parental authority as well as the training enterprise in writing specify on which facts the decision is based, and provide information about the complaint rules. With regard to these decisions will find the administrative law rules of reasoning, consultation of interested parties and complaint Guide apply mutatis mutandis.
§ 74. By exclusion from continued teaching lapse a possible training agreement, see. section 62 of the Act on vocational education and training. Training agreement shall lapse when the pupil is temporarily repatriated to the company.
(2). For students with educational decisions about exclusion from the agreement can continue teaching, temporary return, call for a renewed school stay or transfer to another school may be taken only after negotiation with the training enterprise.
(3). The school shall inform the company about the decisions referred to in paragraph 2, as well as on written warnings, in so far as these relate to matters that are of importance to the pupil's possibilities to carry out training.
(4). By exclusion from continued teaching students who have signed training agreement, should the school as soon as possible, give notice to the company.
Chapter 12 Internship Training § 75. The training enterprise must be in accordance with the rules of the individual training and education system on the basis of the individual main course implement internship training in such a way that it together with school education leading to that student can achieve the education goals. The company must implement internship training in an active interaction with the school. The company shall establish a plan for internship training in the company, taking into account the company's art and production. The company is involved in collaboration with the school in determining the student's personal education plan in accordance with the rules thereof.

(4). The company must, as far as possible, organise training in the company such that the work is being done in accordance with increasing difficulty and complexity, so the pupil at the end of the last internship period achieves a level equivalent to the requirements for a graduate.
(5). The company shall the pupil stress the need and understanding to environmental demands, hygienic requirements and rules relating to personal safety and security in relation to equipment, etc. respected and that health and safety legislation provisions are complied with.
(6). The rules on the implementation of the establishment of the internship internship training shall apply mutatis mutandis for the school, when the internship programme carried out as school internship.
Chapter 13 Assessment, evidence, etc.
Rating section 76. The school conducts an assessment of the student's performance on an ongoing basis in accordance with the school's evaluation plan, see. section 41 (1) (8). 6. The purpose of the continuous rating is to guide the student and provide the basis for the issue of school guidance.
(2). The school's final assessment shall be carried out when the established educational parts are implemented. School guidance section 77. The school will issue a guide to learner and training Enterprise (school guidance) after the end of each school term, if proof of qualifying basic course or school certificate cannot be issued, see. However, paragraph 3. School guidance form the background for the possible revision of the pupil's education plan.
(2). School instructions shall be drawn up in cooperation with the student. In school the instructions are expressed in the pupil's position in terms of characters in relation to the objectives set by the end of the stay in school under the school's curriculum. For students in an individual training, see. section 15, paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education is expressed the position however, the pupil in relation to the objectives set out in the student's personal education plan.
(3). In school the instructions indicate the school's assessment of the pupil's potential need for additional schooling and for additional training in the training enterprise.
(4). School Guide can also contain any other information relevant to cooperation between school, student and training enterprise, if this is provided for in the local curriculum.
(5). School Guide must contain the particulars necessary for identification of student, school, education, specialty and school period.
Internship statement § 78. At the end of an internship period prior to a school period, draw up a traineeship training Enterprise statement. Internship Declaration issued to the student and to the school.
(2). Internship Declaration is issued by the company in cooperation with the student and must contain indication of the workspaces and features eleven have been dealt with in the company whether the pupil has attained the objectives of the internship period and an indication of the company's assessment of the student's special needs, if any, with regard to the subsequent education and internship training.
(3). The Technical Committee shall complete the forms to use for internship declarations. The school shall provide forms for the company.
(4). Internship declaration must contain the necessary information allowing identification of the student company, traineeship, training and specialty.
(5). Upon completion of a training period with school internship internship is issued the Declaration of the school.
School proof etc.
§ 79. When the regard school part of the compulsory education is implemented, including the final test in school education, the school will issue a single certificate (school certificate) for school education. School certificate is issued to the student. The Technical Committee and the training Enterprise informed of school certificate.
(2). In accordance with the rules of the individual training can the issue of school certificate be subject to the condition that the student has achieved the pass character in specified subjects or as an average.

(2). Upon completion of high school, the school will issue proof to the learner and training enterprise.
Final internship statement § 81. When internship time in business is completed, training Enterprise shall issue a statement to that effect (the final internship Declaration). If more companies have signed training agreement with each of the companies shall issue the student a final internship statement. In such cases inform the training enterprise the following activities in training about possibly issuing internship Declaration.
(2). The Declaration shall be issued to the student, the school and the Technical Committee.
(3). This declaration shall include: 1) term for training including, where appropriate, specialty, profile or similar.
2) indication of internship activities and apprenticeships. By any posting should be entered, in which companies the pupil has been posted and in what periods.
3) the company's signature.
(4). The Technical Committee designing printed forms to be used for the issuance of the final declarations and provides schools with this internship. The school shall provide forms for the company.
(5). The final internship report need for the Professional Committee provision contain information for use by setting for journeymen sample.
(6). If the internship programme is interrupted, the pupil has the right to receive internship Declaration for the completed part of the internship programme. Internship declaration shall be drawn up in accordance with the form set out in annex 2.
(7). If the internship programme ends as school internship, issued the final statement of the school internship.
Evidence section 82. Training certificate is issued to the student when the school certificate and final internship statement is issued, and eventual journeymen sample outside the school education has passed.
(2). It shall be determined in the individual educational Decree on formal qualifications must be issued by the school or by the Technical Committee. The body issuing the certificate shall inform the Technical Committee respectively school about the diploma.
(3). For the Studio qualifying exam (eux), see. section 1, paragraph 6 shall be subject to section 5, paragraphs 2 to 4, and article 7, paragraph 3, of the law on student qualifying exam in connection with vocational education and training (eux), etc. and the rules laid down pursuant to article 7, paragraph 3.
section 83. The diploma is issued after notice of tests and examinations at the vet, including rules about wording in foreign languages, and must also include: 1) term for the conducted training, including the completed thesis and any profile.
2) reference to the school certificate and final internship statement.
3) statement on the prevention of possible journeymen test is passed and any indication of svendeprøve character.
(2). The other information after notice of tests and examinations by the vet must appear from the evidence, may be given in the form of supplementary annex to which the certificate refers.
(3). The issuer shall retain copies of school certificates and diplomas in 30 years.
Chapter 14 learning agreements Conclusion and registration of training agreements, etc.
section 84. Student and work placement company signs an agreement on the implementation of the education (training agreement) in accordance with the provisions of the law on vocational education and training. The contract is concluded through the use of the form set out in annex 3. The school shall provide forms for this purpose. The forms will also be available on the Ministry website. The schools offers assistance by conclusion of the contract.
(2). The student chooses a thesis or steps at the conclusion of the training agreement, unless otherwise provided in the rules of the executive education programme.
§ 85. When the education agreement is entered into, see. § 84, sends the company immediately the agreement for the school, the student, in agreement with the company wants to be included on.
(2). If the desired school cannot absorb the pupil, the school immediately sends the agreement to a school, where the student can be admitted. Student and company at the same time be informed thereof. The school also informs about the training offered by other schools.
§ 86. The school, where the pupil to record, investigate on receipt of the training agreement, whether it is completely filled out and signed.
(2). School records education agreement, when the following conditions are met: 1) the pupil can be recorded, see. § 46.
2) Agreement covers all education internship and school stay or at least one school and one traineeship, in accordance with the rules of education.
3) the agreement is in accordance with § § 94-98, if it is a combo deal.
4) Agreement is in accordance with the rules of accreditation (exemption) for parts of the training.
5) Technical Committee has approved any special provisions in the agreement referred to in article 6. section 88 (2).
6) The agreement laid down in salary is in accordance with § 55 of the law on vocational education and training.
7) where applicable, questions about the authentication of the entity as the traineeship is resolved, see. section 87.
(3). Learning agreements entered into under section 66 (f) of the Act on vocational education and training shall be recorded in a similar way.
section 87. In connection with registration is investigating the school, whether the company is approved by the Technical Committee as a traineeship. If your company is not approved, the school must immediately contact the Technical Committee with the question about whether the company can be subject to approval, or possibly approve the company under section 31, paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education and training. (2). section 89. The school offers as soon as possible and normally within 4 weeks after receipt of the training agreement, see. However, section 51, paragraph 4, which serves as school registration, notice of the time of admission to school on the basis of the education agreement and informs the student and the company about the further training courses, including the possible need for assessment of the Danish language skills, see. section 47 (2). The school provides for the preparation or updating of the student's personal education plan.
(2). The school shall inform at the same time the parties on options relating to the optional specialefag, including which optional specialefag the school possibly offer in cooperation with other schools and institutions.
section 90. The school detects changes in the contractual relationship in the following cases: 1) By extension or shortening of the period of the contract.
2) By changing the ownership by mergers and acquisitions.
3) by amending the education or specialising in the educational relationship.
4) By changing the internship company in accordance with the rules on the training.
5) By other changes in the contractual relationship.
(2). Appendix to the agreement relating to the training referred to in paragraph 1, no. 1-5 the said changes must be agreed upon by the student and the company using the form set out in annex 4. Supplement the agreement relating to the extension or shortening of the period of the contract shall indicate the reasons and be accompanied by any necessary approval by the Technical Committee. By the changes referred to in paragraph 1, no. 2-4, sections 87 and 88 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
(3). The school detects changes, when the conditions in paragraph 2 are met.
section 91. When a training agreement or change in the contractual relationship is registered, give the parties notice of the school came to registration with a copy of the registered contract with information about the decisions, the school has taken in connection with the registration.
section 92. The school, where the training agreement is registered, shall be informed thereof, if the educational agreement is: 1) lifted in the probationary period, 2) repealed by agreement between the parties, 3) lifted by one of the parties after the probationary cessation, 4) repealed by the dispute-resolving Board's decision, 5) lapsed as a result of the pupil's exclusion from continued teaching, if the decision is taken by a different school than the one which has registered the agreement , or 6) stopped for other reasons before the expiry of the period of the contract.
(2). Communication from the Commission to the school in accordance with paragraph 1, nr. 1-4 and 6, shall be given by the company.
(3). Notice of termination of a training agreement, see. paragraph 1 shall be made using the form laid down in annex 5.
(4). When training in accordance with the rules on the training is completed, the school where training agreement is registered, have notice of the school or the Technical Committee, which has issued the certificate. If the school has issued formal qualifications, the Technical Committee be informed thereof.
(5). When the educational relationship has ended, the educational agreement with any associated files shall be retained by the school in order to transfer to the public archives is done in accordance with the rules thereof. The information stored in a directory.
section 93. The school shall inform the concerned technical Committee on registered training agreements or amendments thereto, as well as for contracts that are terminated for one of the reasons, as referred to in article 92, paragraph 1.

The first internship company shall, not later than three weeks before the expiry of the probationary period, consult the following companies on the progress of the probationary period.
section 98. Shortened or extended period of the contract after the Technical Committee decision, determines the Technical Committee, within which there are lots of periods shortening or extension must be.
(2). Agreement on the extension of the agreement period, taken by the parties without prejudice. section 58, paragraph 1, of the law on vocational education, the pupil shall be concluded with the current and subsequent undertakings in education, and the agreement must specify, within which there are lots of periods the extension must be.
(3). sections 90 to 93 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Implementation of a part of the training in other business section 99. A company that has committed itself to let part of the pupil's education implement in another company, is responsible for the total satisfaction of the student internship training. Below is the company responsible for the fact that the deployment is done in the agreed or intended period within the agreed duration, and to the undertaking to which the deployment is done, is authorised to conduct that part of the internship programme.
(2). Undertakings within the meaning of section 66 d, paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education, lets the learner receive supplementary school internship, is the face of the student responsible for the overall internship training.
Chapter 15 trainee job search guidance of trainee job seeker section 100. For students who are registered as seeking training places after starting school education, the pupil's level of trainee job search be covered by the student's personal education plan.
§ 101. The schools offers guidance to trainee job seekers.
(2). This guide is intended to put the trainee job seeker in a position to assess their options for obtaining an internship, so that they can make an informed choice on a realistic basis.
(3). The instructions shall include comprehensive information on the current situation of the education and labour market both locally and on the national level, including information on alternative learning opportunities both in the training that requires internship after law on vocational education and training, and in the courses that do not require it.
(4). By the instructions should endeavour to strengthen the applicant's prerequisites for training places even to seek internships and other learning opportunities.
(5). The school cooperates with the Youth guidance and other authorities and institutions, which administers the mentoring that affect students ' ability to complete a youth education.
§ 102. By dissemination of internships to school trying to meet the trainee job seekers training would. By dissemination of internships for students who want or are in school internship section 110 shall apply.
(2). Dissemination of training places for a company seeking to school at the same time inform the company about the specific reference. The school must request the company to notify the school about the result of the reference, including whether the reference has resulted in that the person has obtained an internship.
Registration of trainee job seeker section 103. Trainee job seekers, who want it, the school registered as a registered trainee job seeker, see. also section 110.
(2). Registration to ensure that the recorded trainee job seekers receive offers of or reference to internships or gets offer of guidance. The registration must also be included in the basis for provision of statistical estimation of field placement situation.
(3). The school must be regularly and systematically at least each 3. month by mail (contact letter) contact the registered trainee job seekers with a view to determining whether they are still seeking training places, usually with offers of guidance.
(4). The registration shall include the information about the candidates ' education and their educational training places would, as is necessary for the effective dissemination of training places.
section 104. (3). When the school decides that a trainee job seeker must be deleted from the register by one of the grounds referred to in paragraph 2 shall immediately give notice to the school concerned with information that the recording in the register will be done on the new request, when the person again becomes active trainee job seekers.
§ 105. For use by students and businesses operate the Ministry of the electronic venue praktikpladsen.dk. On praktikpladsen.dk, information on trainee job-seeking students be publicly available.
(2). School transfer information about students from the administrative systems. Transferring information on the pupil's name and education would. The student may request that the name not be disclosed.
(3). Praktikpladsen.dk be arranged such that each student can create additional information about themselves.
(4). It is a condition of continued registration in praktikpladsen.dk, the student no later than the end of his basic course installs information suitable to allow companies that want to recruit students, an opportunity to decide whether a given candidate is a possible future pupil in the company (student profile).
Chapter 16 School internship etc.
Conditions of admission, etc.
§ 106. Students with proof of completed qualifying basic course may, if the conditions are met, admitted to school internship, see. However, paragraph 2, after the basic course is conducted, but no earlier than the beginning of the end of the in section 66 (a), paragraph 1, specified period (claim waiting period).
(2). Education, which is set out in annex 6, offered not with school internship.
(3). The requirement to complete qualifying basic course in vocational training shall be deemed to be fulfilled, see. section 66 (a), paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education and training, if the pupil at the time of recording at least can get credited school education up to and including the qualifying basic course of training on the basis of other training which is conducted within the past 2 years and organised outside the vocational education and training, see. However, paragraph 4.
(4). If it is determined that there are restricted to the training referred to in article 6. section 37 may be for school internship not admitted students who have completed the basic course with credits for the specific competencies that provides access to a main course of education.
(5). For pupils in individual training, see. section 15, paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education, the pupil's personal education plan shall be revised as necessary so that it includes an ordinary training session, if the student wishes to be admitted to school internship.
(6). For students in the claim waiting period, see. (1) the school offers additional learning, see the basic gradient section 63.
(7). A student who has completed a stage of a multi-stage training, see. section 15, paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training, or who have completed a training agreement, which includes less than one qualifying step, see. section 86, paragraph 2, no. 2, immediately after the expiry of the admitted to school internship, if the conditions for admission are fulfilled.
(8). Quotes about school internship under section 66 (a), paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training, regardless of any access restriction, see. § 39.
§ 107. For admission to school internship must make an assessment of whether the school the student is fit to carry out the required training, and about eleven after implemented training will subsequently be able to operate in the labour market.
(2). Students wishing admission to school internship and have not had a training agreement, in connection with the basic gradient's start have indicated at least three training wants in the personal training plan, see. section 50, paragraph 2 2. PT School must ensure this in the context of the assessment under paragraph 1.
(3). In order to be admitted to school internship, the student from basic gradient's ending in the personal training plan demonstrate to the learner: 1) has sought employment as a trainee in the training covered by the basic course provides access to, 2) have sought employment, see. Nr. 1, with companies that have available internships at praktikpladsen.dk, and 3) has sought employment as a pupil in any training within the entrance, where there is room.
(4). A student who does not meet the requirements of paragraphs 2 and 3, cannot be admitted to school internship.
(5). Assessment, see. paragraph 1, and paragraph 3, nr. 1 and 2, shall also continuously carried out by the school, as long as the student is admitted to school internship.
(6). In the current aptitude assessment must also places emphasis on whether the student is given a satisfactory yield of school education and internship, as well as enter into an assessment of the student's overall conduct in relation to employment in the field of education, including the student's ability to e.g. to comply with meeting times and agreements.
(7). Students wishing admission to school internship in one of the courses, which are listed in annex 7, must previously have carried out additional basic gradient education in order that the student can continue for another training, see. section 63 (1).
§ 108. The learner must visit and must not refuse the offer of an internship, skolepraktik space respectively, throughout the country. School Counselor about the possibility of obtaining mobility benefits according to the law on employers ' Student refund.
section 109. The learner must visit and must not refuse the offer of an internship, skolepraktik space respectively, in any training in the field of the common entrance, as the student's basic course belongs to, possibly after additional basic gradient classes, see. section 63.
(2). The school may, however, exceptionally, adopt a student-to-school internship in the mainly wanted education if the student can demonstrate a concrete and realistic possibility for an internship in education within a short period of time.
section 110. The pupil must, in order to be actively seeking, at a minimum, 1) even take adequate initiatives in order to obtain internship and 2) be registered as a trainee job seekers with a visible profile no later than the end of the basic course.
(2). In paragraph 1, no. 2 referred to in the registration must be done on praktikpladsen.dk. The registration must include information on what education the pupil would and have specified in the personal training plan, as well as student profile, see. section 105, paragraph 4.
(3). When the pupil is enrolled as trainee job seeker, transferred from the school's student information system for praktikpladsen.dk. If the pupil is not within 14 days after the meeting, see. section 112, paragraph 2, or 14 days after the application for admission under section 66 (e), paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education, installs its student profile, delete the pupil as trainee job seeker, and carried out the necessary registration thereof.
(4). The student shall be informed of the deletion, see. (3).
§ 111. A student who has involuntarily lost a training agreement, may, in accordance with a specific decision admitted to school internship, see. section 66 (a), paragraph 2.
(2). Students may, however, not admitted to school internship, if the question of whether termination due to default by the pupil's hand, is brought before the Technical Committee or the dispute-resolving Board.
(3). From recording to the pupil meet the requirements set out in §§ 108 and 110.
The recording procedure § 112. Schools guide students on the conditions for admission to school internship and on the system, moreover, and advises students about how they fulfil the conditions laid down, until the time of the decision on the recording. (2). School students to convene an information meeting about school internship with at least one week's notice. § 113. Students who meet the conditions to qualify for inclusion for school internship, absorbed by the school to the beginning of the Guide as soon as after the meeting of the organisation of teaching and the possible end of the term, see karens. § 106. Students who are admitted on the basis of a basic course, can begin teaching within 3 months after completion of the basic course, unless very specific conditions are fulfilled.
(2). Students who use the claim waiting period to receive additional training, can be admitted to the basic gradient school internship in any of the programmes, which it then implemented basic course provides access to, if the General conditions are fulfilled. Claim waiting period for start of school internship on the basis of the supplementary teaching is counted from the time when the basic gradient evidence indicating additional main gradient rights are issued.
§ 114. Application and admission procedure is led by the school in which the pupil has completed the qualifying basic course, respectively, are recorded as trainee job seekers.

(2). For students that can be admitted to school internship under section 66 (a), paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training, carried out the application and admission procedure of the school, as a registered training agreement.
(3). The school has entered into an agreement with another school to perform school work placement at the school's behalf, see. paragraph 66 (b), paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training, the affected students as soon as possible and at the latest by the recording be made aware of the importance of the cooperation agreement for the students as to what school that 1) after inclusion has eleven registered as a trainee job seekers in accordance with the rules thereof, 2) shall convene the pupil to the school internship, 3) shall notify the pupil the school education, that alternate with school internship, 4) shall decide on the pupil's continued fulfilment of suitability requirements and the requirements of § 66 in (2) and (5)), moreover, is responsible for the student's education in accordance with the law on vocational education and training.
School education without training agreement section 115. Recording, etc. for school education without training agreement, see. paragraph 66 (e), paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training, follows the rules for admission, etc. to school internship, which is laid down in § 111.
Chapter 17 vocational training plus General school education without training agreement section 116. Vocational training plus (VET +) shall be organised in accordance with Chapter 7 (b) of the law on vocational education and training.
Recording and competence assessment § 117. Application for admission in VET + submitted to a school, providing the relevant training main course. The school decides on inclusion in vet +, provided that the conditions set out in section 66 (m) of the Act on vocational education and training are met. If the school cannot absorb the applicant, should the school provide guidance to the applicant for compliance with admission requirements and, where appropriate, alternative educational options, see. also paragraph 7.
(2). For students entering the vet +, sets the school in cooperation with the pupil and any employer of a personal training plan, see. § 66 n, on the basis of a competency assessment.
(3). Competency assessment and education plan regards the implementation of the following (possibly final) stages of education, which the student would be allowed to continue in accordance with article 15, paragraph 4.
(4). When the school decides on admission, shall be convened by the school at the same time the applicant for an interview. The date shall be determined as far as possible, taking into account the applicant's wishes. At the same time, ask the school about any necessary documentation to use for competence assessment. The school supervisor, moreover, the applicant and, where appropriate, the employer as appropriate.
(5). The school shall take a decision on the recognition of the applicant's theoretical and practical competence on the basis of an assessment on the basis of documentation and, where appropriate, testing of competences. The school may, for the purpose of this assessment, in cooperation with the applicant, and any employer call the applicant to a competence assessment courses, which the school shall organise, up to 2 weeks.
(6). The applicant shall receive the evidence (proof) of the competencies, the school has recognized. The documentation must indicate what training documentation is concerned and the basis for the assessment.
(7). If an application referred to in paragraph 1 cannot be met in whole or in part, or the school not in whole or in part may meet the desire for recognition of competencies in accordance with paragraph 5, the school justify its decision thereon. A wholly or partly negative decision can not be taken without that the school has given the applicant an opportunity to express an opinion on the facts which are the basis for the decision.
The education plan § 118. Student's training plan, see. § 66 n, paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and training shall be determined on the basis of the objectives of the internship training and school education in accordance with the rules of the relevant training.
(2). The school shall inform the concerned technical Committee on the education plan.
§ 119. Any changes in the education plan shall be established in cooperation with the student and his or her employer, if any.
(2). For any changes to the objectives, content and the rules on the assessment of the training, the education plan is concerned, takes the initiative for any necessary changes to the school of education plan, see. (1).
(3). The education plan will lapse, if the education which the education plan is concerned, is not completed within 6 years from the education plan's determination under section 117, paragraph 2.
Implementation of the education plan, etc.
section 120. The student can implement teaching in school periods in accordance with the rules of education, labour market training or single subjects in accordance with the training plan at the school, which has provided the education plan. The student can also choose to implement these parts at another school, providing the relevant training. If the school has provided education plan, does not offer all the mentioned parts, school of education to refer to a school providing the education parts, not even the provider.
(2). Possible intensive workshop training at school or in a company under section 66 (n), (2). 3, of the Act on vocational training organised by the school in cooperation with the student and the possible company. If such an intensive workshop training not carried out by the concerned school, included school agreement with a company or another school. The agreement, which is included with a business school or other school, must contain requirements for documentation for the implementation of the relevant uddannelsesdel.
(3). Possible intensive workshop training on the pupil's place of work pursuant to section 66 of the Act (n), (2). 4, organised by the school in cooperation with the student and the company concerned. The agreement, which the school is part of the company shall contain the requirements for documentation for the implementation of the relevant uddannelsesdel.
(4). Where in the education plan included practical work on the trainee's workplace after § 66 n (2). 5, describes the respective workspaces and work functions as well as the work estimated temporal extent of the education plan. If the work cannot be completed at the student's employer, if any, shall be the responsibility of the student to find an employer where the work can be performed. The school offers student advice on how to find an employer where the work can be performed.
(5). Journeyman's test or other final sample, see. § 66 n (2). 6, carried out in accordance with the rules of the relevant training. If the tests in accordance with the rules on the training arranged by the Technical Committee, sets the school the question to the test in collaboration with the Committee, when the necessary documentation for the individual educational parts available and is approved by the school.
§ 121. Documentation for the implementation of the education plan, which includes parts of education, shall be issued as follows: 1) Documentation of school education in the form of compulsory school education in the respective stages of education in accordance with the rules of training issued by the school in question in accordance with the rules on the issuance of school guidance, see. § 77.
2) proof of implementation of labour market training or university diploma shall be issued in accordance with the rules of these educational parts.
3) proof of the implementation of the workshop training issued by the school in question, see. § 120, paragraphs 2 and 3.
4) evidence of implementation of practical work, see. § 120, paragraph 4, shall be issued by the company in cooperation with the student and must contain information about the work the student has done to the fulfillment of the education plan and the duration thereof.
5) School Certificate issued in accordance with the rules of training, when there is evidence that school education, possibly in the form of labour market training or single subjects, are implemented.
(2). If competence assessment, see. § 66 n, paragraph 3, of the law on vocational education and training, so that the pupil is set directly to the journeyman's test or other final test, enter the documentation for the skills that the school has recognized under section 117, paragraph 6, instead of the documentation in accordance with paragraph 1.
Evidence section 122. The school, which has provided the education plan, which give rise to that certificate shall be issued in accordance with the rules of training, when 1) school certificate is issued, 2) any evidence of the workshop training and practical work have been issued and approved by the school, and 3) test or other final sample are journeymen passed.
Chapter 18 Produktionsskole based vocational training section 123. Produktionsskole based vocational training shall be organised in accordance with Chapter 7 (c) of the Act on vocational education and training.
section 124. When a training organised as produktionsskole based vocational training and carries out the corresponding production school tasks and functions which work placement company, see. § 66 s, paragraph 1, of the law on vocational education and training.
section 125. section 19, paragraph 5, section 51, paragraph 4, article 58, section 62, (5) and (6) and section 64 (5) of the basic practical training (new apprenticeship) shall apply mutatis mutandis for produktionsskole based vocational training, see. However, section 66 p (1), (2). paragraph, of the law on vocational education and training.
section 126. Admission to produktionsskole based training follow the rules in section 66 (q) of the Act on vocational education and training.
Chapter 19 Complaints section 127. Complain about a school's decisions shall be submitted to the school by the, the decision relates.

(2). Complain about a school's decision relating to admission to the school and decisions under section 67, which is exclusion from continued teaching, temporary return, call back to school stay or transfer to another school, may be brought before the Ministry of education. The complaint must be filed with the school, see. (1) no later than 4 weeks after the decision is announced. If the complaint is not upheld by the school, the school will forward the complaint to the Ministry accompanied by the school's remarks. The school shall inform the complainant of the school's prior position on the complaint, and the complainant gives a deadline of one week to submit any comments on the matter. When the student has made comments, or when the deadline expires shall forward the complaint to the Ministry, the school settled the case file.
(3). Complaints in connection with the tests follow the rules of the examinations ' order. For complaints against decisions in connection with tests on secondary school, which is part of a vocational education and training, apart from the basic subjects, see. section 1, paragraph 6 shall be subject to section 7, paragraph 3, of the law on student qualifying exam in connection with vocational education and training (eux), etc. and the rules laid down pursuant to this.
(4). The student can continue teaching at the school during the processing of an appeal against a decision under section 67. As regards the appeal a decision on temporary repatriation or exclusion from continued teaching, however, this applies only if it is determined by the school or the Ministry.
(5). Complaints about a school's decision on a student's admission or cessation of school internships are dealt with under section 66 (j) of the Act on vocational education and training.
(6). The school's decision regarding the recognition of practical skills in vocational education plus, including decisions on the relevant professional experience under section 66 m, nr. 3, of the law on vocational education and training, of the which the decision relates, shall be referred to the Technical Committee. The school must provide the complaint Guide. The complaint shall be submitted to the school, which has taken the decision, no later than 2 weeks after the decision is announced. If the complaint is not upheld by the school, the school will forward the complaint to the Technical Committee, accompanied by the school's opinion. The school must provide the Technical Committee with the necessary information to consider the matter. The Technical Committee decision cannot be brought before another administrative authority for the decision.
(7). For complaints about the school's decisions in educational affairs, the education at the upper secondary level, which is part of a vocational education and training, apart from the basic subjects of the basic regulation. section 1, paragraph 6, shall apply section 37, paragraph 1, of the law on education to the higher commercial examination (hhx) and the higher technical examination (htx) and rules established pursuant to this.
Chapter 20 entry into force and transitional provisions § 128. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. August 2010, see. However, paragraphs 3 to 7.
(2). Executive Order No. 22 by 12. January 2010 about vocational education and training is hereby repealed.
(3). For teachers hired before the 15. January 2010 finds the provision in section 12 (1) (8). 2, of Decree No. 1518 of 13. December 2007 on vocational education and training, continue to apply.
(4). For the access restriction set for 2010, find the provision in section 37 (3) in the notice referred to in paragraph 3, shall continue to apply.
(5). The provisions of section 50, paragraph 2 2. paragraph and section 107, paragraph 2, applies only to students who have commenced a basic course after the 15. January 2010.
(6). Agreements concluded prior to the 15. January 2010 through the use of the before this time applicable forms retain their validity, notwithstanding the provisions of section 84, paragraph 1, article 90, paragraph 2, and section 92, paragraph 3.
(7). The provision in section 115 shall not apply to applications for admission, as the school receive after 31 December 2006. December 2010.
