§ 2. Payment in the following areas are not covered by the notice: 1) payment for checks, etc. pursuant to the Ordinance concerning the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs.
2) Payment by applications on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in vegetable and animal products.
§ 3. Chapter 4 Inspection of food establishments, etc.
§ 19. For control of food businesses except those of Chapter 2 included slaughterhouses and in companies with the production or distribution of materials and articles intended to come into contact with food shall be paid, in accordance with article 3. § 20. § 22. (4). Companies who notify the enzymes for the Food Agency in accordance with rules laid down under section 9 of the law on foodstuffs, or as the reviewer changed the use of an enzyme, pays the following tariffs: 1) fee for review of an enzyme: 22,000 kr.
2) fee for review of an enzyme, in respect of which no required disclosure of toxicological studies: 9,800 kr.
3) fee for review of an enzyme, to which an amendment of the microbial based organism requires disclosure of toxicological studies: 12,100 USD.
4) Fee for the notification of changed application: 4,700 kr.
5) fee for review of an enzyme, for which production method has changed, but the microbial based organism has not changed: 4,700 kr.
(5). Companies which, in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 258/97 on novel foods and novel food ingredients is applying for approval of novel foods and food ingredients, pays a fee to cover the actual costs of these proceedings are calculated on the basis of applied assessment time. The fee may not exceed 150,000 DKK Before proceedings can begin, there shall be paid a deposit of DKK 10,000 to the Food Agency.
(6). Companies that ask the Food Agency for approval of a disinfectant, teat product sprays means or means used for udder hygiene, pay a fee of DKK 9,100 If approval entirely on the name change, parallel approval or similar that requires no further toxicological evaluation, make up the fee, however, 3,400 kr.
Chapter 8, laboratory tests, etc.

Chapter 9 Control performed by the veterinary and Food Administration special units section 38. Establishments approved for export of meat and meat products to the United States pays the cost of the operation of the Food Administration audit unit.
(2). Audit unit's costs are distributed between the undertakings in relation to the time used by each company and will be charged on a quarterly basis.
§ 39. Companies, as provided for in Chapter 2 as well as §§ 19 and 22 pay for regular checks, pays in addition to partial funding of the Food Agency's travel team specializing in the investigation and accounting checks for an annual fee of $ 573.
(2). Paragraph 1 shall not apply to the establishments covered by article 20 (retail company).
(3). When the Food Administration travel team specializing in the investigation and accounting control performs additional checks after the identified non-compliance with the law on foodstuffs, of økologiloven or of the law on the keeping of animals, by regulations issued pursuant to the said laws, regulations or Community rules in the field, 598 € per hour for the total time spent by the control that is induced by demonstrated non-compliance with the aforementioned rules.
Chapter 10 Control performed by the Fisheries Directorate section 40. For the control of fish and fishery products iland brought from vessels, including factory ships, a resident of The European Union, Iceland, Norway or the Faroe Islands, for consumption, processing or transhipment, paid 19.77 per tonne in the case of fish and fishery products iland brought directly from the Lake from a vessel, when it comes to quantities up to 50 tons, and 9.88 € per tonne for the quantities above. (2). The fee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be charged in connection with the landing. However, the duty shall be charged at the time of the first placing on the market, if charging by the landing is inappropriate. The tax payment is the responsibility of the first buyer or its representative.
(3). The paragraphs 1-2 included businesses, as well as fish auctions, fish sorts, collection centres, fish sales associations and similar shall deliver information about the quantity of fish brought ashore, including information about first-time buyer, after the control authority's detailed instructions.
§ 41. For the control of fresh fish and fishery products iland brought directly from the Lake from vessels registered in countries outside the European Union (EU), with the exception of Iceland, Norway and the Faroe Islands, for consumption, processing or transhipment within the EU paid in section 40 (1) tariffs.
(2). The fee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be charged in connection with the landing. However, the duty shall be charged at the time of the first placing on the market. The tax is paid by the first purchaser or his representative.
§ 42. Total annual amount of duty according to § § 40-41 at under 100 USD is not charged.
Chapter 11 Waiver section 43. Food agency may, in compliance with Community rules on the financing of veterinary studies, etc., in exceptional cases, set up, including completely exempt of payment of control taxes.

§ 44. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. August 2010.
