Annex 1 Annex 2 Annex 3 The full text of the Ordinance for payment of checks of food and live animals, etc. 1) pursuant to § 28(1), § 45, paragraphs 1-3, and section 49, paragraph 1, of the lov nr. 526 of 24. The notice includes the payment of tax for the financing of controls, including supervision, authorization, registration, approval, review, certification and examination in the context of food, live animals and enterprises as well as equipment and products, including non-food products and no animal products.
§ 2. Payment in the following areas are not covered by the notice: 1) payment for checks, etc. pursuant to the Ordinance concerning the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs.
2) Payment by applications on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in vegetable and animal products.
§ 3. Chapter 2 Control in slaughtering establishments with permanent staffing § 4. Companies which, in accordance with food law is authorized to slaughter, and which are not covered by section 21, to pay for the Food Administration checks provided for in this chapter.

(5). On the basis of the budgeted direct and common control costs are calculated the percentage, as the common control costs make up of the direct control costs.
(6). Payment of the check will be charged monthly. § 7. Chapter 3 Checks on live animals and certain products, etc.

(4). Covered by paragraph 1 is furthermore payment in connection with the export of used farm machinery and equipment, etc., as well as other equipment for which required a veterinary certificate for export.
(5). Charges in accordance with this chapter shall be charged per started neighborhood, used for the period during which the authority is present in the controlled undertaking or business, etc.

§ 9. Assembly centres and export isolation stables, where control is performed in accordance with the Ordinance on the movement of livestock through assembly centres and export isolation stables pays for control a basic fee of DKK 350, 192 DKK PR. District.

(5). § 18. (3). The payment shall be charged in accordance with the rules laid down in article 28 of the control regulation (Regulation (EC) No 882/2004) with the company or companies responsible for the compliance with the regulation, in so far as this or mang these businesses are located in Denmark. Otherwise the payment will be charged at the company that owns or is the holder of the products in question at the time when the additional checks are performed.
Chapter 4 Inspection of food establishments, etc.
§ 19. For control of food businesses except those of Chapter 2 included slaughterhouses and in companies with the production or distribution of materials and articles intended to come into contact with food shall be paid, in accordance with article 3. § 20. For ordinary control of retail activities, including the processing of foods, etc., and for ordinary control exercised in accordance with ecology legislation paid only charge for the portion of the control, which is also covered by one of the following schemes: 1) The voluntary labelling system pursuant to European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1760/2000 by 17. (2). In the retail business for the purposes of this Ordinance the processing and marketing of food products to the final consumer, including by serving. § 21. For control of small slaughterhouses as well as wild game processing houses in paying companies regardless of section 19 a levy calculated on the basis of the rates indicated in annex 1.

§ 22. For food companies, which are not covered by section 21 or Chapter 2, and as storing or handling meat or products thereof and is subject to temperature treatments or other provisions of a European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 853/2004 of 29 April 2004. § 23. For the monitoring of production areas for bivalve molluscs pays fishermen who have obtained permission to fish for bivalve molluscs, the actual costs of sampling and analysis costs for algae monitoring.

(2). The payment shall be charged in accordance with the rules laid down in article 28 of the control regulation (Regulation (EC) No 882/2004) with the company or companies responsible for the non-compliance, provided that this or these companies are located in Denmark. Otherwise the payment will be charged at the company that owns or is the holder of the products in question at the time when the additional checks are performed.
Chapter 5 the Import Control section 27. (4). The tariffs referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to exports of live animals in cases where the third country concerned requires that the export is taking place over a border inspection post.
(5). Chapter 6 Monitoring of certain substances and residues in live animals and certain animal products section 31. (3). Companies that ask the Food Agency for approval of inspection and monitoring equipment, etc., in accordance with rules laid down under section 35, paragraph 1, of the law on foodstuffs, pays a fee of $ 2,600.

(5). Companies which, in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 258/97 on novel foods and novel food ingredients is applying for approval of novel foods and food ingredients, pays a fee to cover the actual costs of these proceedings are calculated on the basis of applied assessment time. The fee may not exceed 150,000 DKK Before proceedings can begin, there shall be paid a deposit of DKK 10,000 to the Food Agency.
(6). Companies that ask the Food Agency for approval of a disinfectant, teat product sprays means or means used for udder hygiene, pay a fee of DKK 9,100 If approval entirely on the name change, parallel approval or similar that requires no further toxicological evaluation, make up the fee, however, 3,400 kr.
Chapter 8, laboratory tests, etc.

Chapter 9 Control performed by the veterinary and Food Administration special units section 38. Establishments approved for export of meat and meat products to the United States pays the cost of the operation of the Food Administration audit unit.
(2). Audit unit's costs are distributed between the undertakings in relation to the time used by each company and will be charged on a quarterly basis.
§ 39. Companies, as provided for in Chapter 2 as well as §§ 19 and 22 pay for regular checks, pays in addition to partial funding of the Food Agency's travel team specializing in the investigation and accounting checks for an annual fee of $ 573.
(2). Paragraph 1 shall not apply to the establishments covered by article 20 (retail company).
(3). When the Food Administration travel team specializing in the investigation and accounting control performs additional checks after the identified non-compliance with the law on foodstuffs, of økologiloven or of the law on the keeping of animals, by regulations issued pursuant to the said laws, regulations or Community rules in the field, 598 € per hour for the total time spent by the control that is induced by demonstrated non-compliance with the aforementioned rules.
Chapter 10 Control performed by the Fisheries Directorate section 40. § 41.
