Publication on the amendment of the notification of food hygiene

(Repeal of certain ambient temperature and hold-barrity)

§ 1

Notice no. 788 of 24. July 2008 on food hygiene, as amended by announcement No 1 451 of 9. June 2009, announcement no. 1483 of 15. December 2009 and procladition no. 230 of 12 March 2010, the following changes are made :

1. § 22 revoked.

2. § 23 ITREAS :

" § 23. Containment and transport of the foodstuffs referred to in Annex 3 may be at the temperature of the temperatures specified in the Annex to the individual food, as set out in the Annex. however, paragraph 1 2-4. The temperatures indicated in the Annex are to be complied with, regardless of whether or not in the case of the food labelling, a higher storage temperature is specified.

Paragraph 2. Businesses can transport food directly to the final consumer without complying with the temperatures specified in Annex 3, when the company ensures that transport does not give rise to food safety problems.

Paragraph 3. Whoopers can store and transport milk products which cannot be stored at ambient temperature, at temperatures determined by the company in order to ensure the sustainability of the products. However, pasteurized milk intended for drinking milk must be stored and transported at a maximum of 6 ° C. The products must be refrigerated to the temperature specified on the packaging at the latest when loading from wholessers to a retail establishment to retail.

Paragraph 4. Whogrosorganizations may keep seamless milk-milk products that are ripe in the packaging at a higher temperature than as indicated in Annex 3. However, the products must, at the latest by unloading from wholessers to a retail establishment, have refrigerated to the temperature specified on the packaging. ' ;
