Publication of the State Serum Institute's electronic registration of the individual citizens ' vaccinations and related information

Purline to section 157, paragraph. 10, and section 157a, paragraph 1. 9, in the health code, cf. Law Order no. 913 of 13. In July 2010 :

§ 1. The State Serum Institute is responsible for operating an electronic registration of the vaccinations of individual citizens and associated information, cf. Article 157a of Health Law.

Paragraph 2. Information on the vaccinations of individual citizens and associated information, cf. paragraph 1, shall be recorded in the Danish Vaccine register.

Paragraph 3. The Statens Serum Institute's electronic record of the individual citizens ' vaccinations and related information related information shall contain information on the following types of vaccines :

1) vaccines provided by a doctor, including in the context of a vaccination programme,

2) vaccines prescribed on prescription,

3) vaccines issued after prescription at a pharmacy, and

4) vaccines have been provided in a hospital or a hospital-hospital centre.

§ 2. As part of the setting-up of the Danish Vaccine register, the Serum Institute's Serum Institute information is collected from the Medicinal Board for the Oral and Delicious vaccines, which have since 1. October 2007 has been recorded in the Medicines Management Register of Personal Electronic Medicinal Products (Medicine profile) profiles.

Paragraph 2. As part of the setting-up of the Danish Vaccine register, the State of Serum Institute shall collect the Health Board ' s Health Insurance Registry from the Health Management Registry of the vaccination provided as part of a vaccination programme.

§ 3. As part of the setting-up of the Danish Vaccine register, the Medicinal Board shall pass on the details of the deliverable and prescribed vaccines that have since 1. October 2007 has been registered in the Medicine profile to the State Serum Institute (Danish Vaccinational register).

Paragraph 2. In the context of the establishment of the Danish Vaccine register, the Health Board shall communicate information from the Health Board ' s Health Board ' s Health Agency information as part of a vaccination programme to the Serum Institute of the State of the State of the State of the State of the State. § 4. The Danish Vaccine register contains information about persons registered with residence in the Central Person Registry (CPR), which

1) since 1. October 2007 has been provided and prescribed a vaccine registered in the Medicine Profile, or

2) have been given an inoculation given in the context of a vaccination programme and registered in the Health Insurance Register of the Health Management Board.

Paragraph 2. The State Serum Institute's registration of the individual citizens ' vaccinations and the related information related to it contains the following information :

1) Social security number.

2) The authorization ID or the person number of the vaccine or the vaccine.

3) The Vaccine name.

4) Date of the vaccination.

5) Batch or Lotnum when information is available.

6) A free text relevant to the registration of the vaccine.

§ 4. The announcement will enter into force on the 29th. August 2010.
