Ordinance amending Ordinance on the monitoring of surface water, ground water, protected areas, and on natural surveillance in international nature conservation areas, etc. 1) (Amendments relating to monitoring of priority substances.)
section 1 of the Decree No. 1434 by 6. December 2009 on the monitoring of surface water, ground water, protected areas, and on natural surveillance in international nature conservation areas, etc., shall be amended as follows: 1. The footnote to notice the title is replaced by the following: ' 1) Ordinance contains provisions implementing parts of a European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/60/EC of 23. October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy, the official journal of the European communities 2000 nr. L 327 of 22. December 2000, page 1, parts of Council Directive No. 79/409/EEC of 2. April 1979 on the conservation of wild birds (birds directive), official journal 1979, L 103, page nr 1, as last amended by Council Directive 2006/105/EC of 20. November 2006, the official journal of the European Union 2006 nr. L 363, page 368, parts of Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 December 1988. May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and Flora (EC habitats directive), the Official Journal 1992 nr. L 206, p. 7, as last amended by Council Directive 2006/105/EC of 20. November 2006, the official journal of the European Union 2006 nr. L 363, page 368, parts of the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2006/118/EC of 12. December 2006 on the protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration (groundwater directive), the official journal of the European Union 2006, nr. L 372, p. 19, and parts of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 2008/105/EC of 16. December 2008 on environmental quality standards in the field of water policy, amending and subsequently repealing Council directives 82/176/EEC, 83/513/EEC, 84/156/EEC, 84/491/EEC and 86/280/EEC and amending European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/60/EC, Official Journal No. L 348, page 84. '
2. In paragraph 3 shall be inserted after paragraph 3 as a new paragraph: "(4). For the priority substances in annex 3, part A, to the Ordinance on environmental quality standards for water areas and requirements for the discharge of pollutants into rivers, lakes or the sea, that tend to accumulate in sediment or biota, analyzed the long-term trends for concentrations, paying particular attention to substance. 2, 5, 6, 7, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 26, 28 and 30. '


Paragraphs 4 and 5 become paragraphs 5 and 6.

3. In section 11 shall be inserted after paragraph 2 as new paragraph: "(3). For the priority substances that tend to accumulate in sediment or biota see section 3 (4), lays down the urban and landscape Agency monitoring frequency for sediment and biota, so as to ensure the provision of sufficient data for a reliable analysis of the long-term development trends. Monitoring shall be carried out every three years, unless technical knowledge and expert judgement to justify another interval. '


Paragraph 3-7 becomes paragraph 4-8.

4. Under section 11 is added: ' § 11a. For priority substances referred to in annex 3, section C, point 1, of the Ordinance on environmental quality standards for water areas and requirements for the discharge of pollutants into rivers, lakes or the sea and for other priority substances for which laid down EQs for biota and/or sediment in accordance with annex 3, part C, paragraph 2, of the same Decree sets out urban and landscape Agency monitoring frequency for biota and/or sediment. Monitoring shall be carried out at least once every year, unless technical knowledge and expert judgement to justify another interval.
(2). Monitoring frequency shall be determined in accordance with § 11. '
