(Amendment to the monitoring of priority substances.)

§ 1

Notice no. 1434 of 6. In December 2009 on the monitoring of surface waters, ground water, protected areas and on night monitoring in international protection areas, etc., the following changes are made :

2. I § 3 inserted after paragraph 1. 3 as new paragraph :

Section 3, paragraph 3. 4, the City and Rural Development Management Board shall determine the frequency of the sediment and biota, so as to ensure that sufficient data is provided to a reliable analysis of the long-term developments in development. Monitoring shall be carried out every three years, unless technical knowledge and expert appraisings justify a different interval. ` ;

4. The following section 11 is inserted :

" § 11a. For priority substances referred to in Annex 3, part C, point 1, in the notice of the environmental quality requirements for water and water requirements for the watercourses, lakes or the sea and other priority substances for which there are laid down the environmental quality requirements for biota and / or sediments in accordance with Annex 3, part C, part 2, in the same notice, the City and Rural Management Board shall determine the frequency of the biota and / or sediments. Monitoring shall be carried out at least once a year, unless technical knowledge and expert evaluations are undergracing another interval.

Paragraph 2. The frequency of monitoring shall be determined in accordance with section 11. ` ;
