§ 1

Notice no. 1434 of 6. In December 2009 on the monitoring of surface waters, ground water, protected areas and on night monitoring in international protection areas, etc., the following changes are made :

2. I § 3 inserted after paragraph 1. 3 as new paragraph :

4. The following section 11 is inserted :

" § 11a. For priority substances referred to in Annex 3, part C, point 1, in the notice of the environmental quality requirements for water and water requirements for the watercourses, lakes or the sea and other priority substances for which there are laid down the environmental quality requirements for biota and / or sediments in accordance with Annex 3, part C, part 2, in the same notice, the City and Rural Management Board shall determine the frequency of the biota and / or sediments.
