Publication of the amendment of notification of health advisory agreements for bovine herds

§ 1

Notice no. 786 of 25. The following changes shall be made by June 2010 on health consulting agreements for bovine herds :

1. I Section 5 (5). 1, the following shall be inserted after ' (on stable or outside) ` shall be inserted as per : 1. January `.

2. Section 15 (3). 1, no. 1, ITREAS :

" 1) The crew does not exceed the set limit values for antibiotic consumption and mortality, published on the Food Management website, www.fvst.dk, ' ;

3. § 30 ITREAS :

" § 30. Stable participants must appoint a tutor (facilitator) for all stable school visits for a period of at least one year.

Paragraph 2. Tovholder must be a veterinarian or a professional consultant.

Paragraph 3. The Tovholder shall have completed a course containing at least equivalent to that described in the Food Management website, www.fvst.dk. Documentation of course required for or extradite must be presented at the request of the request for or to be delivered to the inspection authority. `

4. § 38, paragraph. 3, revoked.

5. I § 49, 3. link, shall be deleted or 'hand over'.

6. I § 49 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. For the treatments referred to in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, the veterinarian must give medicinal products only to the first five days. ` ;

7. I § 50 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. The number of cows in the crew is the number as per the number of the crew. 1. January of the year in question has been recorded in CHR. `

8. I § 51 pasted as paragraph 4 :

" Stop. 4. The number of cows in the crew is the number as per the number of the crew. 1. January of the year in question has been recorded in CHR. `

9. I § 54, 3. link, shall be deleted ` or extradis.

10. I § 54 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. For the treatments referred to in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, the veterinarian must give medicinal products only to the first five days. ` ;

11. Appendix 1, Agreement Type, the text of Annex 1 to this notice shall be replaced by the following :

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September, 2010.
