Publication of the use of the eco-label (Ecolabel) on organic soil-use products intended for use for non-food products 1)

In accordance with Article 13 (1), Paragraph 18, paragraph 18. Paragraph 1, section 24, paragraph 4. 2 and 3, in the eco-law, cf. Law Order no. 196 of 12. March 2009, and after authorisation :

Labelling

§ 1. Soil-use products intended for use for non-food can be labelled with the eco-monitoring label (Ecolabel), provided that :

1) at least 95% by weight. the production provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and the labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No No 834/2007 of the Council Regulation (EEC) No 834/2007. Regulation 2092/91 (Council Regulation) and in the order of organic land production, etc. (Ecological announcement),

2) all constituents of the second origin are authorised according to the Council Regulation and the ecologisation of ecology,

3) the processing of products is not used for processing aid or other non-use after the Council Regulation and the ecology notice ; and

4) the products have been manufactured, processed, imported or imported by the holders of an authorization following the ecologists ' s publication.

Paragraph 2. However, the declaration does not cover animal feed, intended for dogs, cats and other pet animals.

§ 2. Products may only be labelled with the island mark by the holders of an authorization after the eco-proclaial notice.

Paragraph 3. Stores of products produced, packaged and labelled before 1. Inspection

§ 4. The Board of Directors shall check that the provisions of the notice are complied with.

§ 6.
