Publication of the amendment of the notification on the training for the technical degree (htx-prodition)

(Transification of transitional rules concerning the entry into service of new leaselanes)

§ 1

Notice no. 740 of 23. June 2010 on the training for the higher technical degree (htx-proclaus) is amended as follows :

1. I § 128, paragraph. 1, inserted after ' paragraph 3 ":" -4 ".

2. I § 128, paragraph. 1, pasted as Act 2. :

' The announcement shall also have the effect of self-students suspended for trial after 1. August 2010, cf. however, paragraph 1 4. "

3. I § 128, paragraph. TWO, TWO. pkt., the following phrase shall be inserted after ' sequence ` : ' or the teaching of a single class ` ;

4. I § 128 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. The teaching procedure in Math B, which ends with tests to and with winter terminates 2011/12, must be organized in the form of a single subject according to the medical plan referred to in Annex 21 to Notice No 2. 743 of 30. June 2008. The teaching procedure in Physics A and Math A, which shall be concluded with the winter terminates 2012/13, shall be organized in the form of a single subject according to the medical planelanes, as shown in Annexes 13 and 20 to the notice. 743 of 30. June 2008. 1. and 2. Act. shall apply to self-students in the subject in question. ` ;

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement will enter into force on the 11th. September, 2010.

Paragraph 2. § 128, paragraph. ONE, ONE. pkt., in the notice of the training for the higher technical degree (htx-prodition), as amended by this Order Section 1. 1, and § 128 (1). FOUR, ONE. pkt., in the notice of the training for the higher technical degree (htx-prodition), as inserted by this Order Section 1, 4, moreover, has the effect of the teaching procedure in the subject of the aforementioned subject, which has been initiated before 11. September, 2010.
