Statement on the methods of establishing the network, regional transmission undertakings and Energinet.dk methods for the determination of tariffs and so on.

Purses of § 73 a (3) (a) 2, and § 88, in the light of the electricity supply, cf. Law Order no. 516 of 20. The year May 2010 shall be :

Chapter 1

Approval and publication of methods

§ 1. Netfirms, regional transmission undertakings and Energinet.dk shall report the methods used to calculate or lay down conditions and conditions for their services, including tariffs, to the approval of the Energy-7.

Paragraph 2. The approval of the means of energy shall be subject to the conditions under which the undertakings are subject to conditions and conditions for their services, including tariffs.

Paragraph 3. Approved methods shall be published by the establishments stating the date of approval of the grant.

Paragraph 4. Companies shall seek approval of subsequent changes in the methods, including changes resulting from the regulatory requirements imposed.

Chapter 2

Content of the methodologies of network operators and regional transmission undertakings

§ 2. The methods for the network and regional transmission undertakings for pricing must contain a clear division of consumers in purchasing categories.

Paragraph 2. The methods shall describe how the costs directly attributing to the individual buyer categories are to be distributed on these. It must show the costs involved in this allocation. It must also show how costs are distributed on meat categories if they are linked to installations which relate to a number of categories of meat, for example certain transformations.

Paragraph 3. The methods must contain a description of the allocation keys that are used to allocate costs that are not directly attributable to individual queue categories, such as administrative costs and energy cost savings. It must show the costs involved in the individual distribution keys.

Paragraph 4. The methods should describe the allocation of operating revenue on investment contributions, fixed charges / subscription fees and user-based tariff, including whether the same allocation principle applies to all queue categories.

Paragraph 5. The methods must describe the principles of time differentiation and the opportunity and conditions of the individual buyer categories in order to obtain time differentiated rates, including hourly rates.

§ 3. The methods for the establishment and regional transmission undertakings for the establishment of other conditions relating to the supply for each queue of meat, including fee payment, must be approved. The methods must include :

1) payment terms and payment terms, including conditions for late or non-payment or non-compliance,

2) terms of moving and supplier shifts,

3) terms of connection to the network,

4) terms of the aggregation of places of consumption, for example, when misting condos, or when the distribution of consumption points and

5) terms related to the interruption in the net.

§ 4. Netfirms and regional transmission undertakings may, in their notification, base themselves on standardized methods clearly defined in industry guides and the like, in their notification of the method by paragraph 1 specifically exonerate them ; for deviations from the standard.

Chapter 3

Content of Energinet.dk's methods

§ 5. Methods contained in regulations issued by Energinet.dk in accordance with Section 26 (4) of the power supply law. 3, section 27 c, paragraph 1. 11, section 28, paragraph 1. 2, no. 11 and paragraph 31 (1). 2 and 3 shall be approved and published in accordance with section 1, where they relate ;

1) market access ;

2) the provision of balancing services ; or

3) access to cross-border infrastructure.

Chapter 4

Penalty provisions

§ 6. Unless higher penalties have been inflished on any other law, the penalty shall be penalised by the penalty which :

1) set prices and conditions without approved methods in accordance with section 1 ;

2) fail to report methods in accordance with paragraph 1 (1). One and four, and section 7 (4). 2, or

3) fails to make publication, cf. Section 1 (1). 3 and section 7 (4). 3.

Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

Chapter 5

Entry into force into force

§ 7. The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. September, 2010.

Paragraph 2. Netfirms and regional transmission establishments shall at the latest not later than 1. In January 2011, notification of their methods of the Energy-Office ' s approval after this notice.

Paragraph 3. The notified methods shall be published by the establishments stating the date of the notification.
