Publication of aid for chiropractic treatment in the practice sector

In accordance with section § 66 and 72 of the health bill, cf. Law Order no. 913 of 13. In July 2010 :

§ 1. Deposits to group 1-proof persons are subject to the fact that they are seeking a chiropractor, who have joined the current agreement between the Salary and Takstn and Dansk Kiropractor Association Agreement.

§ 2. Payment stack for the secured and the conditions for the benefit of the aid shall be laid down in the Agreement between the Salary and Takstn and Dansk Kiropractor Forening.

§ 3. In the case of patients suffering chronic suffering in the movement apparatus, the following grants shall be granted :

1) In the case of kiropractic clinical care : first-time visits, new non-identical disease activity, as well as the new identical disease activity later than one year after completion of the treatment shall be granted a subsidy of 94.00 Kroner.

2) In the case of kiropractic clinical disease : in the case of a new disease activity within one year of completion of the treatment, a subsidy shall be paid for 70,50 Kroner.

3) For kiropractic performance of continued treatment, a subsidy shall be granted at 47,00 Kroner.

4) For an x-ray check, a subsidy is awarded at $100.

5) Supplemental x-ray shall be awarded a grant of EUR 50,00.

6) An allowance shall be provided for an ultrasound investigation of 100,00 kr.

7) As an additional supplement to Kiropractic clinical and kiropractic benefit : in the case of patients with acute suffering in the movement apparatus, patients with probable suspicion of the disc, by paralysis, by the following examination in a case of paralysis ; treatment procedures, patients with multiple suffering of different origins and patients with a need for supplementary treatment shall be awarded at 23.50 kroner.

8) As an additional supplement to Kiropractic clinical and kiropractic, where solid treatment is required, as in certain patients with probable suspicion of discardable or with severe acute teams, difficult persons with disabilities in patients with a need for comprehensive additional treatment, in patients with multiple suffering of different origins, and where a solid multifaceted processing effort is required, a grant of EUR 47,00 Kroner shall be provided.

9) As an additional supplement to kiropractic benefit : in the case of individual prophylae, a grant of 23.50 Kroner shall be awarded.

10) As an additional supplement to kiropractic benefit, patients suffering from suffering with a need for an extraordinarily time-consuming prophylax shall be awarded at 47,00 Kroner.

11) For an introduction to supervised training, a grant is awarded at 94.00 kroner.

12) For supervised training, a grant is awarded at 47,00 kr.

Paragraph 2. Detailed guidelines for the bounding of persons covered by the grant provisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be taken. 1, shall be laid down in the Agreement between the Salary and Takstn of the Regions and Danish Kiropractor Forening.

§ 4. In the case of patients other than those referred to in section 3, the following grants shall be awarded :

1) In the case of kiropractic clinical care : first-time visits, new non-identical disease activity, as well as the new identical disease activity later than one year after completion of the treatment shall be granted a subsidy of 94.00 Kroner.

2) In the case of kiropractic clinical disease : in the case of a new disease activity within one year of completion of the treatment, a subsidy shall be paid for 70,50 Kroner.

3) For kiropractic performance of continued treatment, a subsidy shall be granted at 36,65 kroner.

4) For an x-ray check, a subsidy is awarded at $100.

5) Supplemental x-ray shall be awarded a grant of EUR 50,00.

6) An allowance shall be provided for an ultrasound investigation of 100,00 kr.

7) As an additional supplement to kiropractic benefit : in the case of individual prophylae, a grant of 18.32 Kroner shall be provided.

8) As an additional supplement to kiropractic benefit, patients suffering from suffering with a need for an extraordinary time-consuming prophylax shall be awarded a subsidy of 36,65 Kroner.

9) For an introduction to supervised training, a subsidy is awarded at 73.30 kr.

10) For supervised training, a subsidy is granted at $36,65 kr.

§ 5. The amount of the grant specified in section 3 and 4 is set out in 1. July 2000 level. The grant amounts shall be adjusted in accordance with the rules agreed in accordance with the approved Convention.

Paragraph 2. The amount of the subsidy provided in, cf. paragraph 1, rounded to the nearest whole crown.

§ 6. Advance to the processing of the chiropractor shall be granted by the regional council of the sietch region of the Siklet.

§ 7. Both groups 1-and Group 2-secured people pay their own share of the fee directly to the chiropractor. For group 2-proof persons who have received treatment at a chiropractor that has not agreed to the agreement, the municipality shall pay the grant on behalf of the regional council. In order to obtain the deposit, the patient shall forward a quitted and specified bill to the municipality. The amount of the subsidy cannot exceed the amount of the account.

§ 8. Persons entitled to benefits in the practice sector pursuant to Community law or international agreements have been entitled to aid for chiropracticable treatment under the same conditions as Group 1-proof.

Paragraph 2. For the purposes of Community law or international agreements, the Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No . (EC) 883/2004 on the application of social security schemes to workers, self-employed workers and members of their families who are moving within the Community and in the associated Regulation (EEC) No 2 ; Regulation No 2 574/72 on the implementation of Regulation No The Agreement on the Social Security Agreement and the Agreement between the European Communities and the Agreement between the European Communities, its Member States and Switzerland, on the free movement of persons, have been reached on the European Economic Cooperation (EEA Agreement).

§ 9. The announcement shall enter into force on 2. October 2010.
