Publication of Danish radio interface no. 00 025 for radionassed wireless microphones, including in-ear monitoring systems 1)

Under section 9 of the law on radio and telecommunications terminal equipment and electromagnetic conditions, cf. Law Order no. 823 of 3. July 2007 :

§ 1. For radio-related wireless microphones, including in-ear monitoring systems, the following Danish radio interface, cf. Annex 1 : Danish radio interface no. 00 025 for radionassed wireless microphones, including in-ear monitoring systems.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November, 2010.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 894 of 8. July 2010 on the Danish radio interface no. 00 025 for radionassed wireless microphones, including in-ear monitoring systems, repealed.

Limitations in use
1. Radio frequencies in tape c and d may be used in radio installations for the use of hearing inhibitor.

2. Radio frequencies in tape f may only be used for wireless microphones until the 31. December 2012.
3. Wireless microphone equipment manufactured so that it can be used alone in the frequency band 800,000-820,000 MHz may only be placed on the market for use in Denmark if the equipment is manufactured or imported and loaded at warehouse ready for sale. by the 15th. July, 2010.
4. Frequencies 823-830 MHz must be used throughout the country with the exception of Bornholm. The frequency band 830 to 831 MHz must be used in Bornholm alone.
5. Wireless microphones in frequency band 823.000-831,000 MHz must comply with requirements for out-of-band radiation, as set out in Table 11 in ECC200C (09) 03.
6. Radio frequency bands in the frequency band 470-790 MHz may be used for wireless microphones, including : in-ear monitoring systems when the following conditions are met :
a)
The use of radio frequencies, which lies within a television channel (8 MHz bandwidth) and 1 MHz on each side of the television channel, must not be more than 25 kilometres from the television channel allotment territory to digital television.
b)
The use of radio frequencies within a television channel (8 MHz bandwidth) and 1 MHz on each side of the television channel shall not be more than 25 km from auxiliary transmitters to digital television and television broadcasters ; on-premia-television-purpose, etc.
c)
The use of radio frequencies, which lies within a television channel (8 MHz bandwidth) and 1 MHz on each side of the television channel, must not be more than 10 km from television transmitters for limited purposes, including, for example, festival-on television.
