Publication of grants for treatment in the practice of private practice in the practice sector

In accordance with section 71 and 72 of the health bill, cf. Law Order no. 913 of 13. In July 2010 :

§ 1. Group 1-proof and Group 2-sured persons are entitled to receive treatment for the treatment of private practitioners in the practice sector.

§ 2. The exception is children and young people under the age of 18, covered by the statutory offer of the municipality of dental care and those who receive dental care in accordance with Article 131 of the Health Code (circumsorption).

§ 3. Sikr people are entitled to a periodic diagnostic examination, bitewing in connection with regular diagnostic examination, individual preventive treatment of caries and gingivitis, and fluorinated treatment of initial caries, extended ; pre-emptive treatment, conventional dentition, extended gutting, teeth cleaning, standard paroetal treatment, enhanced parodine treatment, post-individual treatment / diagnostic examination and paroeontal processing ; bitewing wings for diagnostic findings by : diagnostic examination, after the examination of the dentist, and a reference to the examination of the dentist.

Paragraph 2. Specifically, the specification of the individual oral treatments is set out by the applicable agreement between the Salary and Takstn and the Danish Dental Board and the Danish Dentist Association Agreement.

§ 4. The Committee of the Regions in the patient's residence of the patient shall grant a grant of 40% of the maximum basic fees laid down in the Agreement, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For the periodic diagnostic tests and testing of diagnostic findings at diagnostic tests, the regional council shall provide an allowance of 30% for the purpose of the periodic diagnostic tests and checks. For the age of 18 to 25 years, the regionals offer a 65% grant to the periodic diagnostic examination and to diagnostic findings in diagnostic examination. These grants shall be calculated on the basis of the maximum basic fees set by the Agreement.

§ 5. The Committee of the Regions shall provide grants with the same amount to persons in security groups 1 and 2.

Paragraph 2. For Group 1-proof people, it is a condition for receiving subsidies that the treatment is carried out by a dental hygiator, who has endorsed the current agreement between the Salary and Takstn and Dansk Tandorus Association Agreement.

Paragraph 3. For group 2-proof persons who have been treated with a dental hygialist who have not signed up to the Agreement, the municipality shall pay the grant on behalf of the regional council. In order to obtain the deposit, the patient shall forward a quitted and specified bill to the municipality. The amount of the subsidy cannot exceed the amount of the account.

Paragraph 4. Both Group 1 and Group 2-Secured people will pay their own share of the fee directly to the dentist.

§ 6. The Committee of the Regions shall not grant grants to the person ' s services to themselves or to its spouse.

§ 7. In the case of dental work not carried out at the office of the dentist, the patient shall pay the additional addendum laid down in the Agreement between the Salary Salary and Takstn and the Danish Dental Board of the Regions without a grant from the regional council.

§ 8. Persons entitled to benefits in the practice sector pursuant to Community law or international agreements have a right of residence in the country for treatment at dental work in the practice sector on the same conditions as group 1 ensured persons.

Paragraph 2. For the purposes of Community law or international agreements, the Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No . (EC) 883/2004 on the application of social security schemes to workers, self-employed workers and members of their families who are moving within the Community and in the associated Regulation (EEC) No 2 ; Regulation No 2 574/72 on the implementation of Regulation No The Agreement on the Social Security Agreement and the Agreement between the European Communities and the Agreement between the European Communities, its Member States and Switzerland, on the free movement of persons, have been reached on the European Economic Cooperation (EEA Agreement).

§ 9. The announcement will enter into force on the 29th. October 2010.

Paragraph 2. The announcement shall take effect on the award of grants from and by 1. October 2010 and at the same time shall be repealed. 461 of 22. May 2007 on subsidies for the treatment of private practitioners in the practice sector.
