Executive order on reimbursement for therapy in private practice dental hygienist in practice sector

Pursuant to sections 71 and 72 in health law, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 913 of 13. July 2010, fixed: § 1. Group 1 and group 2-secured secured persons are entitled to reimbursement for therapy in private practice dental hygienist in practice sector.

§ 2. Exempted are children and adolescents under 18 years of age who are covered by the compulsory offer of municipal dental care, and people who receive dental care after health law § 131 (dental care).

§ 3. Insured persons are entitled to reimbursement for regular diagnostic study, bitewings in connection with regular diagnostic study, individual preventive treatment of caries and gingivitis as well as fluoride treatment of initial caries, expanded preventive care, regular dental cleaning, expanded dental cleaning, cleaning, General parodontalbehandling, tandrods parodontalbehandling, extended control for individual preventive treatment/diagnostic study and parodontalbehandling, bitewings in the control of diagnostic findings diagnostic study that investigation after referral from the dentist as well as reference to study at the dentist.

(2). Detailed specification of the individual tooth treatments provided in the applicable agreement between the regions for wages and tariffs and Danish Hygienist Association.

§ 4. Regional Council in the patient's place of residence region subsidizes on 40% of the maximum because the fees provided for in the agreement, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). For bitewings in connection with the regular diagnostic examination and verification of diagnostic findings diagnostic survey provides Regional Council a grant of 30%. For persons between the ages of 18-25 years provides the Regional Council a grant of 65% for the regular diagnostic study and for control of diagnostic findings diagnostic study. The grants are calculated on the basis of the maximum laid down in the agreement the basic fees.

§ 5. The Regional Council provides grants with the same amount of people in the security group 1 and 2.

(2). For Group 1-insured persons, it is a condition for receiving grants, that the treatment is performed with a dental hygienist who has joined the existing agreement between the regions for wages and tariffs and Danish Hygienist Association.

(3). For Group 2-insured persons, who have been dealing with a dental hygienist who has not signed up to the agreement, the local municipality shall pay the grant on behalf of the Regional Council. In order to get the subsidy paid to the patient forward a receipted and itemized bill to the municipality. The grant may not exceed the amount of this account.

(4). Both group 1 and group 2-insured persons pay their own share of the fee directly to the dental hygienist.

§ 6. Regional Council does not provide reimbursement for dental care's services for itself or his spouse.

§ 7. By dental treatment that is not performed on dental care's clinic, the patient pays the allowance provided for in the agreement between the regions for wages and tariffs and Danish Hygienist Association without subsidies from the Regional Council.

§ 8. Persons who are entitled to benefits in practice sector in accordance with EC law or international agreements, has during the stay here in this country the right to reimbursement for treatment with dental hygienist in practice sector on the same terms as Group 1-insured persons.

(2). By Community legislation or international agreements shall mean Council Regulation (EEC) No 2377/90. 883/2004 on the application of social security schemes to employed or self-employed persons and members of their families moving within the community, and the related regulation (EEC) No 2377/90. 574/72 on the implementation of Regulation No 40/94. 883/2004, the agreement on the European economic area (EEA Agreement), the Nordic Convention on Social Security and the agreement between the European Community, its Member States and Switzerland on the free movement of persons.

§ 9. The notice shall enter into force on the 29th. October 2010.

(2). The notice has effect for the allocation of grants from and with 1. October 2010, and at the same time repealed Executive Order No. 461 of 22. May 2007 on the reimbursement for treatment at private practicing dental hygienist in practice sector.
