Publication of the amendment of the publication of the production and marketing of organic living poultry

§ 1

Notice no. 1112 of 21. In November 2008 on the production and marketing of organic living poultry, the following changes are made :

2. I § 3 the following shall be inserted after ' (Commission Regulation) ` : `, as amended by Commission Regulation No 2, 710/2009 of 5. 'August 2009'.

3. I Section 7 (2). 2, is changed "60%." To : "100%."

4. I § 8 (3) 1, the following shall be inserted after ' multiannual feed plants ` ` : ` or protein crops sown in accordance with the ecological rules of agricultural parcels '.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 25th. November, 2010.
