Publication of the amendment of the proclamations of state subsidies and so on to production schools

§ 1

Notice no. 835 of 25. June 2010, on State aid and so forth to production schools, is amended as follows :

1. I preamour shall be amended ' Law Order No 785 of 6. July 2006, as amended by law no. 558 of 6. June 2007, Law No. No. 311 of 30. of April 2008 and Law No 1527 of 27. In December 2009, ' shall : ' Law Order No 887 of 5. July 2010, as amended by law no. 1616 of 22. "December 2010."

2. I Section 11 (1). 1, is inserted after 1. Act. :

" School service is in 2010-Level 616 kr. per week for participants under the age of 18, which in the 2011 financial year corresponds to $628 kr. per Week, 795 kr. per week in 2010-level for home-resident contestants over 18 years, which in the 2011 financial year corresponds to 810 kr. per week and 1.475 kr. per week in 2010-level for non-resident participants over 18 years of age, which in the 2011 financial year corresponds to 1.503 kr. per week, cf. § 17, paragraph 1. Two, in the law. The production of the production school must, before the first payment of the school grant, obtain information, whether a participant is a resident or not resident when the participant is 18 or more at the beginning of a production school cycle when a participant is 18 years old ; as well as when production school has reason to assume that a participant is no longer indifferent. A participant shall be regarded as domestic intrinsic when the participant resides in one or both of his parents ' s parents. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.
