Publication concerning the amendment of the announcement of the approval of the list company

(Change as a result of the law of the Nature and the Environment Board and new organisation in the area of the Ministry of the Environment)

§ 1

Notice no. 1640 of 13. in December 2006, on the approval of the list company, as amended by publication No 2 ; 168 of 21. February 2007, proclame no. 1481 of 12. December 2007, proclame no. 972 of 22. September 2008, announcement no. 1097 of 25. November, 2009, announcement no. 1257 of 9. December 2009 and procladition no. 284 of 25. In March 2010, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 7 b, section 35, section 37, paragraph. 2, section 39, paragraph. 3 and 4, section 40, section 41 (b) (b). One, section 66, paragraph. 5, section 67, section 74 (4). 2, section 79, section 80, paragraph. One and two, section 89 b, section 90, paragraph. 1 and 2, § 92 and § 110 (1). 3 and 4, in the law of environmental protection, cf. Law Order no. 879 of 26. June 2010, as amended by law no. 484 of 11. 'May 2010' :

2. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 2 and 3, and in Section 6 (2). 1, "Environmental Centre Odense, Environmental Center Aarhus and Environmental Centre Roskilde" are replaced by the following : "Environmental Management Board".

3. Section 3, paragraph 3. 4, revoked.

4. I § 4 and § 5 the ' State Environment Centre ' shall be replaced by the following : "Environmental Management Board".

5. I § 5, two places in Section 21 (1). 2, i Section 21 (1). 4, and in § 25, paragraph. 2 and 3, the ' Environmental Board of the Environment ' shall be replaced by ' the Agency for the Environment and the Environment Board '.

6. I Section 6 (2). 2, ' the ' they are replaced by ' the 1 that is 'to :' list companies covered by paragraphs K 103, K 105 and K 107 in the list in Annex 1 `.

7. I § 8 (3) 2, "Environmental Centre Odense, Environment Centre, Århus or Environmental Center Roskilde" is replaced by the following : "Environmental Management Board" and "the relevant centre" to : "Environmental Management Board".

8. Section 21 (1). 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. Decisions made by the Environmental Management Board shall not be impected to the Minister for the Environment. '

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011.
