Annunciation of interest rates in the area of study for the first half of 2011

Purline of section 36 (3). 3, in the Act of Education of the State (SU-Act), cf. Law Order no. 661 of 29. June 2009, and paragraph 1 (a), Article 4 (2) and section 4 (4), 2, in the State of Law of the State Committed Student Loan, cf. Law Order no. 1240 of 22. October 2007 as well as section 1 (1). Paragraph 5 (1) and section 5, 1, no. 2, in Notice no. 1467 of 20. In December 2005, there are different interest rates in the area of study, as well as paragraph 2 (2). 5 of the notice no. 1592 of 13. In December 2007 concerning the administration of the State guaranteed student loans transferred to the Economic and Financial Authority shall be determined by the authority :

§ 1. Loaded student loans, final loans and state brackets with the official discount at all times with an Appendix of 2 percentage points per case,

§ 2. State guaranteed student loans transferred to the Economic and Financial Services, with a nominal interest rate of 1,75%. For example, in the period 1. January, 2011 to 30. June 2011.

§ 3. Respised, dismembered state guaranteed student loans with a 3.00%. For example, in the period 1. January, 2011 to 30. June 2011.

§ 4. The announcement shall effect the interest rate from and on from 1. January, 2011.

§ 5. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2011. At the same time, notice No 683 of 17. June 2010 on different interest rates in the area of study for the second half of the year 2010.
