Publication of rates for remuneration and so on for inmates in the institutions of the Criminal Investigation (2010)

In accordance with section 42 (2), Article 105 (3) and Article 105 (3). 2, in the Act of the Enforcement of Retribution, etc., cf. Law Order no. 1337 of 3. December 2007, and section 776, 1. pkt;, in the law of the court's care, cf. Law Order no. 1053 of 29. Oct in October 2009 :

§ 1. With effect until 31. In December 2010, the following rates shall apply to the amounts referred to in the notice in the notice. 372 of 17. In May 2001 on employment and so on by prisoners in the institutions of the Criminal Investigential Order :

1) The section on section 6 (6) of the notice. 1, mentioned amounts are 8.94 kr. (base amount).

2) The section 9, paragraph 9 of the notice. 1, that amount amounts to 2.73 kr. (stability allowance).

3) The section 9, paragraph 9 of the notice. 2, that amount amounts to 2.73 kr. (skills supplement).

4) The amount referred to in the notice referred to in Article 10 shall amount to DKK 4.69. (Ulemps supplement).

5) The amount referred to in the notice referred to in Article 11 shall amount to 50% of the basic amount, including possible Stability and Competency (s) of the Competency Schedule (s).

6) The amount referred to in the notice referred to in Article 13 shall be $59,54. (LAND HUSHING HUSHING)

7) The section 14 (4) of the notice. 1, mentioned amounts amount to 52.92. (HMHS)

8) The section 21 (2) of the notice referred to in paragraph 21. Paragraph 1 shall amount to DKK 60,48 kr. (dietary sum).

9) The section 22, paragraph 22 of the notice. 1, mentioned amounts amount to 6.43 kr. (self-management amount).

10) The section 22, paragraph 22 of the notice. 2, mentioned amounts amount to .97 kr. (Washing).

11) The section 22, paragraph 22 of the notice. 3, mentioned amounts amount to 80 kr. (hairdresser).

12) The section 23, paragraph, of the notice. 2, mentioned amounts amount to 275 kr. (advance amount of retainer).

13) The section 24, paragraph 24 of the notice. 2, mentioned amounts amount to 110 kr. (advance amount for diet and self-management).

14) The section 25, paragraph, of the notice. 1, mentioned amounts amount to 445 kr. (release amount).

15) The section 29, paragraph, of the notice. 1, mentioned amounts amount to 13.92. (transitional arrangement).

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1154 of 1. In December 2008, the rates for remuneration and so on to inmates in the institutions of the Criminal Order (2009) are hereby repealed.
