Publication of the amendment of the publication of grants to landscape and biotopireights replantations

§ 1

Notice no. 972 of 19. July 2007 on subsidies for the reproduction and bio-improvement plans, as amended by the date of publication no. 1578 of 28. December 2007, proclame no. 27 of 25. January 2008, announcement no. 1280 of 15. December 2008 and Notice no. 38 of 23. In January 2009, the following changes are made :

1. After section 4 and before the text heading to section 5, the following is inserted :

" § 4 a. Regardless of section 4, there may be from 1. In January 2010, no application shall be submitted for payment. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 18-1. December, 2009.
