Law on the Law of Commitments and on leave to UN services, etc., as well as different laws

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law of Commitments and on leave to the United Nations, etc., cf. Law Order no. 982 of 20. In November 2001, the following changes are made :

1. Loven title ITREAS :

"Law on the Law of Commitates and, on leave at the defence's broadcast of employees abroad"

2. § 1 ITREAS :

" § 1. The Act shall comprise the following groups :

1) Committed men and women employed on a host-level equivalent conditions which have received notice of the time of call for call, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

2) Payable recipients who, in uninterrupted continuation of the service service, draw up a contract for response management training, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

3) Wage receivers that draw up the contract with the defence to make available for broadcasting to abroad, cf. however, paragraph 1 Two and four.

4) Wage receivers that draw up a contract with the foreign-broadcast system, cf. however, paragraph 1 2 and 5.

Paragraph 2. This is a condition for the subject of paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, 3 and 4, that the earful or contract conclusion for at least nine months will have been employed uninterrupted in the same undertaking on an average of more than eight hours in a weekly basis. If an employment relationship results in the immediate prolongation of teachin, student or trainee, this will be taken into account for the nine months.

Paragraph 3. This is a condition for the subject of paragraph 1. 1, no. 2 that the recipient shall inform the employer of the reaction force training contract no later than 14 days after the contract has been concluded.

Paragraph 4. This is a condition for the subject of paragraph 1. 1, no. 3 that the recipient shall inform the employer of the on-call contract no later than 14 days after the contract has been concluded.

Paragraph 5. This is a condition for the subject of paragraph 1. 1, no. 4 that the recipient shall inform the employer of the contract period no later than 14 days after the contract has been concluded. ` ;

3. I Section 2 (2). 1, sections 7 and section 9 in the case of a person ' s obligation to be employed in the same way as a person or woman employed on a host-service equivalent terms. ` ;

4. I Section 4 (4). 1, the term ' official ' shall be replaced by ' the Commitment Man or woman employed on a host-level equivalent `.

5. § 5 ITREAS :

" § 5. A host man or a woman shall be employed on a host-level equivalent, taking advantage of its right to be absent from section 2, within 14 days of receipt of the notification of the expected return time, inform the employer of when, they are resuming to resume the work on the service of the service of the service.

Paragraph 2. The holder shall no later than 14 days after receipt of a notice of a change in the expected return date, inform the employer accordingly.

Paragraph 3. 6. Section 6 (2). 1, ITREAS :

7. I § 8 the words ' conscription ` shall be replaced by the words ' conscripts or women employed on a host-level equivalent `.

8. Section 11 is replaced by the following

" § 11. Section 6 (2) shall apply to wage earners covered by this law. ' (1) and (3), in the law on the legal relationship between employers and officials, shall not apply. ` ;

9. Chapter 3 ITREAS :

" Chapter 3

Wage earners who contract with the defense

§ 11 a. Wage recipients covered by Section 1 (1). 1, no. 3, no later than 14 days after receipt of notification that they are convened under the contract, inform the employer accordingly. Where a call is made by less than 4 weeks ' notice, the employer shall be informed without undue delay.

Paragraph 2. Designing the salary shall not be dissupening under paragraph 1. 1, the employer may raise the employment ratio from the date of the call.

Section 11 b. The provisions of sections 2, 3 and 5 to 11 shall apply mutatis muable to wage earners covered by Section 1 (3). 1, no. 2-4. "

§ 2

Law no. 910 of 8. In December 1993 on the amendment of the law on the defence of the defence, the law of the National Guard, the State Education Aid and the Law of the Law on the Law of Commitate Law. (Submission of personnel to the United Nations and so on, including leave of employees and training seekers and other training etc.), the following shall be amended as follows :

1. § 5 revoked.

§ 3

In the Law of the defence personnel, cf. Law Order no. 667 of 20. June 2006, the following change is made :

1. The following section 13 is inserted :

" § 13 b. In the field of education and training established by or under the Law of the Education Ministry and the Ministry of Education, Technologies and Development, training seekers shall have a contract with the defence to ask themselves ; available for broadcasting abroad, or a contract with the defence of broadcasting abroad shall be entitled to the absence of convocation in accordance with the contract. The same applies to internship, cf. however, paragraph 1 5.

Paragraph 2. If the total absence of convocation in accordance with the contract during the first month of a teaching year, the training-seeking requirement shall be subject to a derogation from any meeting obligations of the Member. In the absence of duration, the training-seeking requirement on leave from training or teaching must be provided. If the training exercise is on an education or a teaching that has not yet been started, the training facility, instead of furlough, can guarantee that accession can be guaranteed at a later date.

Paragraph 3. At the end of the leave period, the training exercise shall have the right to return to education or training if it continues to be provided by the educational institution. The education institution decides where the educational process is to begin again.

Paragraph 4. Where the transmission is estimated to be of more than three months, the training exercise may, instead of leave, choose to opt out of training or education. The training seeker shall, in such cases, have the right to refund the part of any participant payment or other types of fee, etc., to which the training exercise has not received education, training, diet, accommodation or other services, and which : greater than $1,000. In order to obtain a claim on reimbursement, the training-seeking must have informed the institution of the educational institution of this right to be enrolled in connection with the application for accession.

Paragraph 5. For students in vocational training or agricultural training with a training agreement, the rules of the law on jurisdiction and on leave on the broadcasting of workers ' s programme of employees abroad shall apply. Paragraph 4 shall, however, apply mutatis mutias to the right to repayment.

Paragraph 6. After negotiating with the minister, the Secretary of State will be able to decide that the Orlov Scheme should also apply to other publicly recognised training. '

§ 4

The law shall enter into force on 1. March, 2010.

§ 5

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
