(Contingency plans and access to certain information)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the area of the environment and gene technology, cf. Law Order no. 811 of 21. June 2007, as amended by Section 6 of Law No 507 of 17. June 2008, section 15, Law No 508 of 17. June 2008, section 29 of the law. 1336 of 19. In December 2008, and section 10 of Law No 514 of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. Foot notation the title shall be replaced by the following :

" 1) The law provides for the implementation of parts of Council Directive 79 /409/EEC of 2. April 2004 on environmental liability in the field of prevention and mitigation of environmental damage, the EU Official Journal of 2004. L143, page 56, and part of Directive 2009 /41/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. In May 2009, the enclosed use of genetically modified micro-organisms, EU Official Journal 2009 No L-125, page 75. "

2. I § 13 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. The Environment Minister shall lay down rules for the preparation and submission of contingency plans for the laboratories, laboratories and facilities approved for research or for large-scale testing, in accordance with the requirements of the laboratory. Section 7 (2). 1 and 2, and on notification of and publication of the contingency plans mentioned. ` ;

3. The following section 17 is inserted :

" § 17 a. The information relating to the containment of the use of genetically modified micro-organisms covered by Article 18 (1). 2, cf. paragraph 4, in Directive 2009 /41/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6. May 2009 on the containment of the use of genetically modified micro-organisms must always be provided if information is requested in such information.

Paragraph 2. The information on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms covered by Article 25 (1). 4, cf. paragraph 5, in Directive 2001 /18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12. In March 2001 on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms and repealing Council Directive 90 /220/EEC, must always be provided if such information is requested. ` ;

4. I § 36, paragraph. 4, " 13 (1) is replaced by 13 Two shall be : 13 (3). Two and three.

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010.
