Law on the amendment of the law on building and housing registration

(Gathering of energy information, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law on Building and Home Construction, cf. Law Order no. 767 of 12. September 2002, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 406 of the 28th. May 2003, section 1 of the law. 601 of 24. June 2005, section 1 law no. 1429 by 21. In December 2005 and section 3 of the Law No 575 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. I Section 2 (2). 1, no. 1 and 2, the following : ' installations ' shall be inserted after ' installations ' means the energy supply.

2. I Section 2 (2). 4, section 3 f, paragraph. 3, and Section 6 (2). 2, the words ', internal and health minister ' and ', Domestic and Ministry of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs and Health

3. I § 3 pasted as paragraph 5 and 6 :

" Stop. 5. The Finance and Business Minister and the local authorities can gather information from other data sources with the Building and Houses Register to ensure adequate and correct information for the registration.

Paragraph 6. The records of the register shall not be used for the control of energy consumption. `

4. I Section 3 (f). 1, the following address shall be inserted after ' address labels ` shall mean : ' and signage thereto `

5. I § 4 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. Entities supplying electricity, remote heat, natural gas, construction or heating oil for whole or in part heating shall be required by rules laid down by the Finance and Business Minister to provide information on the use of each end user for use by the Economic and Business Affairs ; for the operation of the regime. `

6. I § 5 pasted as paragraph 5 :

" Stop. 5. Personal information on energy consumption from the Building and Household register can only be passed on to the property owner, public authorities and the Public Information Server's data distributors. '

7. I Section 7 (2). 5, pasted as Three. Point. :

The Economic and Industry Minister may also charge a fee for the provision of services established for the purpose of providing information for use by trade in real estate, and so on, to cover the cost of establishment, operation, the maintenance, development and administration of services. ` ;

8. § 8 (3) 1, ITREAS :

" Unless higher penalties have been inflited on the other law, the penalty shall be punished by fine, which is intentionally or in a serious negligence

1) fails to provide information required in accordance with section 4 (4). 1 and 4,

2) provide inaccurate information to the Bygnings and BoligRegius,

3) without authorisation, provide information from the Boligning and Boligning Register ;

4) violates the conditions for the communication of information or

5) not set up the correct household plate in accordance with Article 3 (c). 1. "

9. Section 9 (1). 1, ITREAS :

" In matters of violation of section 3 c, paragraph. Paragraph 4 (1) and section 4 (4), 1, as well as infringements of rules issued in accordance with the law, the municipality may indicate that the case can be determined without legal proceedings, if he is guilty of the infringement and declares that it is prepared in the case of a the specified time limit, which may be extended, after application, to pay a fine, as specified in the declaration, of not more than DKK 5,000. `

10. I § 9 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. The Provenuet from the graduated fines referred to in paragraph 1. 1 shall be allocated according to the economic and commercial minister ' s detailed rules between the State and the municipality concerned. ` ;

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010.

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands.

Paragraph 2. The law does not apply to Greenland but can, by means of a king, be able to enter into force with the aberrations that the Greenland conditions are saying.
