Pursuant to paragraph 9 (d) and section 9 (f), paragraph 3, of the law on labour market training, etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 190 of 18. March 2008, as amended by Act No. 1100 of 30. November 2009, fixed:

Chapter 1

Development contract, operation and supervision

§ 1. The Board of Directors for an educational institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, enters into a development contract with the Ministry of education.

(2). The Board of Directors for an educational institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, prepare development contract with the involvement of the educational institutions involved in the question of the WEU Centre.

(3). Development contract runs for a period of 2 years, after which the conclusion of a new development contract.

(4). The Board of Directors for an educational institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, follows up on developing the contract and report annually to the Ministry of education.

(5). The contract includes the development goals and targets for the WEU-the Centre's tasks and cooperation for the fulfilment of the WEU-the Centers ' purpose.

(6). The annual action plan for the WEU-the Centre's work will be included as part of the rationale for developing the contract and follow-up.

§ 2 . The Board of Directors for an educational institution, which carries the WEU Centre function is faced with the Ministry responsible for the WEU-the Centre's operation, including for the management of the State grants.

(2). The Education Ministry oversees the VEU-centres and can obtain the necessary information for this use.

Chapter 2

Core rots

§ 3. Center Council's term of Office is 4 years continuously from the next 1. may after the elections to the municipal councils has been held.

(2). Center Council selects a President and Vice-President, the Presidency, representing respectively the employers ' organisations and workers ' organisations. The representative of the Centre Council of the institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, must be included in the Presidency either as President or Vice-President.

(3). The Presidency has the task to prepare the center Council meetings.

(4). The educational institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, shall provide the Secretariat of the Centre Council.

§ 4 . Center Council meet so often, that it can meet its objectives and carry out its current and upcoming tasks. Meetings shall also be held when at least 3 of the Centre Council members put forward claims.

(2). The Council shall draw up the Centre's rules of procedure. Rules of procedure and an overview of the Centre Council members shall be published on the website of the educational institution, which carries the WEU-center function.

(3). Center the decisions of the Council shall be recorded in the minutes.

(4). Center Council meeting materials, including agendas and minutes shall be made available on the website of the educational institution, which carries the WEU-center function.

§ 5. Center Council, inter alia: the task, to

1) advise the Board of Directors of the educational institution, which carries out the WEU Centre function, on the WEU-the Centre's work,

2) ensure that all the participating institutions in the WEU Centre helps to solve the WEU-the Centre's tasks,

3) make recommendations to the Board of Directors of the institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, on the annual action plan for the WEU-the Centre's work,

4) make recommendations to the Board of Directors of the institution, which carries the WEU Centre function, on the annual report of the WEU Council on the regional interaction, etc.,

5) give its opinion to the Minister on whether the educational institution must be deprived of the WEU Centre function, because the institution do not carry out the function satisfactorily and

6) ensure that information about educational institutions related to a WEU-center is made available on the websites of educational institutions.

Date of entry into force of

§ 6. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. January 2010.

(2). The first core rots, see. section 3, should be established as soon as possible after the establishment of the VEU centres 1. However, no later than 15 January 2010. February 2010. The term of Office for the first core rots runs until 30. April 2014.
