Law on the Change of Procurement Association Act for Less EarthUsers

(Expansion of the Member State to other than Earthusers and v.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law on the Procurement Association for small-land users, cf. Law Order no. 566 of 3. August 1990, as amended by Section 5 of Law No 967 of 4. In December 2002, the following changes are made :

1. Loven title ITREAS :

'Law on small-business procurement associations in rural areas'

2. § 2 ITREAS :

" § 2. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may approve the statutes of the purchase associations of small businesses in rural areas, when the statutes contain the following provisions :

1) The purpose of the association shall be solely to make purchases for the members of machinery, equipment and technical operational resources used in the members of the members of the European Parliament. Businesses must be located in rural areas or to be undertakings situated elsewhere but for the benefit of rural development. The purchase has been granted to the right of association until the payment of interest and costs is fully paid, unless this contravenes the provisions of section 38 of the situation of the thing.

3) Amendment to the association's statutes requires approval from the minister of food, agriculture and fishing.

5) The resolution by its own decision requires the approval of the Finance Minister, if the association at the time of the decision is in debt to the Treasury.

Paragraph 2. 3. § 3 ITREAS :

5. Section 5 (5). 1-5, revoked.

Paragraph 6 becomes paragraph 6. 1.

6. I Section 5 (5). 6, there will be paragraph 1. 1, the ' Sams; ' shall be replaced by ' the National Association '.

7. § 6 revoked.

8. I Section 7 (2). 1, in the words ' assembly ' shall be replaced by ' the association '.

9. Section 7 (2). 3 and 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. If a purchase association without any state loan does not work in accordance with the law, according to the rules laid down by the law and approved statutes, the Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may stop the company ' s activities.

Paragraph 4. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may, with effect on purchase associations for small land users, purchase associations for small businesses in rural areas and the National Association, shall lay down rules on auditing of accounts and recording of : loans other than a state loan, which may be used for procurement in accordance with the law. As a basis for lending the minister, the Minister may lay down detailed rules on the activities of the aforementioned associations and on the priority of the state loan, including rules on the reserve funds for associations. `

10. Section 7 (2). 5, revoked.

11. § 8 revoked.

12. § 10 revoked.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries sets out the date of the entry into force of the law.

Paragraph 2. section 2 of the purchase associations for small-land users, cf. Law Order no. 566 of 3. August 1990, as amended by Section 5 of Law No 967 of 4. In December 2002, the continued use of the purchase associations for small land users as long as the associations continue as such associations. Simplifications cannot, however, make the purchases of livestock for the members.

Paragraph 3. sections 4, 6 and 8 of the purchase associations for small-land users, cf. Law Order no. 566 of 3. August 1990, as amended by Section 5 of Law No 967 of 4. In December 2002, the continued use of the purchase associations for small-land users and for small-sized businesses in rural areas, as long as the associations are in state loans, are still applicable.

Paragraph 4. Rules laid down pursuant to the Act on the Procurement ' s Procurement Association for small-land users, cf. Law Order no. 566 of 3. August 1990, as amended by Section 5 of Law No 967 of 4. In December 2002, they shall remain in force until the rules are replaced by rules laid down by this or other laws.
