Publication of the amendment of the customs clearance notification

§ 1

Notice no. 656 of 19. June 2007 on customs clearance, as amended by the notice No 1002 of 13. On August 2007, proclame no. 1344 of 4. December 2007, proclame no. 154 of 5. March 2008, proclame no. 1136 of 20. of November 2008 and announced no. 1326 of 14. In December 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I heading of § 115 the words ' Poland ', 'Slovakia' and 'Hungary' are deleted.

2. I § 115, no. 1, the words ' Poland ', 'Slovakia' and 'Hungary' are deleted.

3. I § 121, paragraph 1. 1, the words ' Poland ', 'Slovakia' and 'Hungary' are deleted.

4. I Annex 9, Table of Contents, Section : Chapter 10, section : 115, the words ' Poland ', 'Slovakia' and 'Hungary' are deleted.

5. § 136, paragraph 1. 1, ITREAS :

' The keys in Appendix 8 and the call fee in sections 133 and 134 are regulated according to section 20 of personal tax havens. However, the amounts shall be rounded up to the nearest chronosum "

6. § 136, paragraph 1. 2 and 3, revoked.

The announcement shall enter into force on 10. In February 2009.
