Publication of the administration fee and so on for pharmacies, orthmetic pots and private health potees

In accordance with section 61 g (2), 1, and 71 b (b). 1 and 3, in the case of apothecary, cf. Law Order no. 855 of 4. August 2008 shall be determined :

§ 1. To cover the cost of the Medicinal Products for the Agency's Competent Authority, in the case of pharmacies, private pharmacies shall pay a contribution to the state, which amounts to 0,065%. the turnover of the apocalypse, which has been done in section 3 of the notice of the calculation and payment of a tax and subsidy under the Law of Enclosed Enforment.

Paragraph 2. Fees in accordance with paragraph 1 1 shall be paid to the Medicinal Agency for months at the latest by 15. the following month, on the basis of the turnover of the apothecary, in the previous part of the year, as set out in paragraph 1. 1. In the event of the year, the monthly fee for the new holder will be calculated on the basis of the turnover after the change of holder.

Paragraph 3. The final fee shall be made simultaneously with the submission of the annual accounts for the year in question. The final charge for the elapsed period during the year shall be the final charge for the submission of the annual accounts for the period in question.

§ 2. To cover the cost of the Medicines Agency, by means of jurisdiction, by law on pharmacist activities, the pharmacies of the pharmaceutical retailer, in addition to the fee in section 1 (2), shall be deposits. 1, an administration charge that amounts to 0,065%. of the pharmacist's circulation of medicinal products for production animals. In order to finance initiatives to strengthen food safety and animal welfare, pharmacies are depositing medicinal products to production animals, in addition to an administration fee, which amounts to 0.77%. of the pharmacist's circulation of medicinal products for production animals.

Paragraph 2. Section 1 (1). 2 and 3 shall apply mutatis mutis.

§ 3. For the coverage of the sections referred to in section 1 (2). 1, the Board of Medicinal Costs referred to in the case of a contribution to the State, which is an annual contribution of 11 758 kr.

§ 4. For the examination of the medical board for the establishment of private medical records or private hospital poteacal branch after Section 61 a in the apothecary, a fee shall be paid to the State at 11.758 kr. The processing of the application shall be initiated only after the payment has been paid.

Paragraph 2. To cover costs for the control by section 65 of the medicinal unit in the apothecary, each private hospital shall pay a contribution to the State, which amounts to EUR 11.758 per annas. The payments shall not be paid in the year of payment of the payment of the medicinal application for the medicinal treatment of the medicinal unit pursuant to paragraph 1. 1.

§ 5. Contributions in sections 3 and 4 (4). 2, each year shall be paid to the Medicinal Management Board no later than the 1. February of the year in question.

§ 6. To be used to calculate contributions in accordance with section 1, the pharmacies shall be required before the 5. in subsequent month on schemas prepared by the Medicinal Board of Medicinal Products, the Danish Agency for the Medicinal Products for the Evaluation of the Medicinal Products and so on, cf. Section 1 (1). 1.

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010.
