In accordance with section 61 g (2), 1, and 71 b (b). 1 and 3, in the case of apothecary, cf. Law Order no. 855 of 4. August 2008 shall be determined :

§ 1. To cover the cost of the Medicinal Products for the Agency's Competent Authority, in the case of pharmacies, private pharmacies shall pay a contribution to the state, which amounts to 0,065%. the turnover of the apocalypse, which has been done in section 3 of the notice of the calculation and payment of a tax and subsidy under the Law of Enclosed Enforment.
