Publication of certain powers for the Danish Patent and Commodity Authority
§ 1. Rules to lay down provisions which, in accordance with the following provisions, are for the Economic and Business Affairs Minister, shall be exercised by the Danish Patent and Commodities Management Board, cf. however, Section 2 :
1) Patent law, cf. Law Order no. 91 of 28. January, 2009.
2) Item Code, cf. Law Order no. 90 of 28. January, 2009.
3) On top of this, law no. 342 of 6. June 1991.
4) The Design Act, cf. Law Order no. 89 of 28. January, 2009.
5) Promise of usage models, cf. Law Order no. 88 of 28. January, 2009.
6) Law on secret patents, cf. Law Order no. 732 of 27. November 1989.
7) Section 4 (4). 4, in the law of the local authorities, cf. Law Order no. 696 of 27. June 2008.
8) The protection of the design of semiconductor products, law no. 778 of 9. December 1987.
9) Section 7 (2). 1, in the sea law, cf. Law Order no. 538 of 15. June 2004.
§ 2. The following powers shall not be granted to Patent and Commodities :
1) Vesties in section 7 (4). 2 and 4 in the patent law, cf. Law Order no. 91 of 28. January 2009, on the reduction of Patent Board of Patent (Board of Appeals for Patents and Trademarks) and the payment of fees.
2) Vesties in section 17 (4). One and two, in the law. 778 of 9. In December 1987 on the protection of the design of semi-conductor products (topography) on the reduction of a recognizable name and laying down rules on the composition and rules of the Board of Commons and the payment of fees.
3) Table eyes, in section 19, in Act 19. 778 of 9. December 1987 on the protection of the design of semiconductor products (topography) to determine the time of entry into force of the law. 3 on compulsory licence.
§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March, 2009.
Paragraph 2. Publication no. 39 of 17. January 2002 on the application of certain powers to Patent and Commodic Management Board shall be repealed.
