Publication of the RID Regulation and certain provisions of the Traffic Management Board

In accordance with section 21 v, stk.1 and 2, in the law of rail, cf. Law Order no. 567 of 9. June 2008, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 134 of 24. In February 2009, provision shall be made according to section 24 (a) (a), 1 :

§ 1. Regulations of the international rail transport of dangerous goods (RID-Rules) of 1. January 2009 and subsequent amendments thereto are not introduced in the law, cf. § 21 v (2) (b) ONE, TWO. Pkton, in the law of railroad.

Paragraph 2. The RID Regulation and subsequent amendments thereto shall be published on the date of publication of the traffic management website www.trafikstyrelsen.dk.

§ 2. Requirements and technical specifications issued by the Traffic Management Board pursuant to Article 8 (a) (a), 1 and 9 (1) (h) (h) ONE, ONE. and in the case of railway lines, may be made out as Provisions for Railway (BJ).

Paragraph 2. The people in paragraph 3. 1 the requirements and technical specifications drawn up for the BJs shall not be introduced in the law.

Paragraph 3. The people in paragraph 3. 2 the specifications and technical specifications referred to in the Traffic Management website shall be published on a notice of the traffic management website www.Trafikstyrelsen.dk.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 13. March, 2009.
