Annunciation of ballot papers for use by public election

Purline of section 43 (2). 4, in the selection of elections to Parliament, cf. Law Order no. 145 of 24. In February 2009 :

§ 1. The ballot papers shall be of a white carton or paper with a gramopless weight of not less than 120 g/m2. They must be combined in such a way that they can be closed down by the voters in the voting box, without anyone seeing how it has been voted.

Paragraph 2. If parliamentary elections are held on the same day as municipal and regional elections or the election of Danish Members of the European Parliament, it must be referred to in paragraph 1. ONE, ONE. Pkton, mentioned cartons or hard paper, be light blue.

§ 2. The upper right of the ballot notes shall be given, in small types, a designation for the exhibition group for which they are determined.

§ 3. The voting notes shall contain a separate field for each batch that has candidates drawn up in the main circle. Each batch shall be placed under each other in alphabetical order according to the letter designation of the parties.

Paragraph 2. The fields must be separated from each other at a bold, horizontal line. Also, the upper and lower field must be started and end with a fat, horizontal line. The fat, horizontal line with which the upper field is beginning shall be twice as fat as the other fat, horizontal lines.

§ 4. In the case of each field, the letter ' s letter designation followed by a fat type followed by the letter of the batch. Paragraph 2. The name of the nominal or nominees specified in the person concerned shall be specified with semi-fat types of top and alphabetical order by surname or middle name, provided that the name is given instead of last name, cf. Section 7 (2). However, the candidate declared as the party nominee nominee in the exhibition rescue shall be given first.

Paragraph 3. Under the provisions of paragraph 1, 2 mentioned candidates shall be entered in accordance with normal types and in alphabetical order of the other candidates drawn up for the party in the main circle. If a list is reported, the candidates shall, however, be indicated in the order of the party.

Paragraph 4. In an exhibition group, no candidate for the party has been set up, enter common types and in alphabetical order of the candidates nominating the party in the other types of exhibition in the main orb. If a list is reported, the candidates shall, however, be indicated in the order of the party.

§ 6. If there are a number of candidates outside the party, these are stated at the bottom of the ballot box in a separate field in which the words ' Outside of the parties ' shall be marked ' outside the party ` as the heading. § 7. The names of the candidates shall be given in the first name or initials of the candidates.

§ 8. In cases where the electoral board considers that there may be a mix of candidates ' names, the names of the candidates shall be given a short term, either in a position or place of residence for the candidates concerned. In other cases, the position or residence of the candidates must not be specified.

§ 9. If a number of candidates have been set up for the selection of the ballot box to be a disproportionate one, the voting board may decide that the names of candidates within each party field must be shown in two or more vertical columns.

Paragraph 2. If it is decided to include the candidates ' names in two or more columns, the names of all the candidates shall be divided equally among the columns to be separated from each other with very fat, vertical lines. The names shall begin immediately in the left edge of the ballot box, immediately to the right of the very fat, vertical line. To the right of candidate names must be ample space to make a cross.

§ 10. All the horizontal lines referred to in the notice must pass across the ballot box from the edges to the edge.

§ 11. In addition to what has been referred to in the preceding paragraphs, no words or letters, or no names, numbers or characters must have been recorded by the expression or in writing or in any other way.

§ 12. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. April 2009.
