In accordance with section 7 (2), 1, no. Paragraph 1, section 19, paragraph 1. 5, section 27, paragraph. 3, section 44 (4). One, section 67, section 80, section. 1 and 2, and section 110 (1). 3 and 4, in the law of environmental protection, cf. Law Order no. 1757 of 22. December 2006 :

Chapter 1

Order of the Conventions and Definitions

§ 1. The rules laid down in this notice shall be aimed at limiting the pollution of soil, groundwater and surface water with plant protection products as a result of the filling and washing of syringe or tractor, which is used for the purpose of taking care of plant protection products.

Paragraph 2. Decisions may be laid down in accordance with Chapter 3 to 5 of the environmental protection law, which go beyond the provisions of this notice.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice :

1) Engine syringe :

a) All types of field syringes, including fog syringes, for the application of plant protection products outdoors.

b) Rygsys for the application of plant protection products designed to be carried on the back of the spraying.

c) Growth-syringe for the application of plant protection products in tismuses.

2) Washing space : Spaces used for the collection of washwater and spills by filling of plant protection products for collection in a container or other container.

3) Contract valve : A valve to ensure that water in the wiring network can only flow in one direction.

4) Pre-paratas equipment : Equipment designed to plant plant protection products on syringe.

5) Residual fluid, the remainder of the prepared syringes that can't be pumped out of the syringe.

6) Orestench reek : a water tank containing clean water for injections.

7) Spuledyes : Equipment mounted inside the tank on a syringe, which is designed for the interior cleaning of this.

8) Direct injection equipment : Equipment that automatically leads undiluted plant protection products into the serpents that lead the liquid from the syringe tank to a dye.

9) Watershed : A technical layout that automatically retains injections of syringe with water from the water supply plant when a predetermined quantity of water is stocked.

10) Washing water : Water from the washing and tractor, containing residues of plant protection products and so on.

11) Water supplies : water supplies supplying 10 or more households with drinking water.

12) Tapplaces : The sites in the water installation where water may be tapped.

13) Space-treated area : An area treated with pesticides.

Chapter 2

Requirements for ardusyringes, collection containers and tapplaces

§ 3. For marker spraying commercial products for the application of plant protection products, the following equipment shall be present on the farm farm or the undertaking :

1) Pre-paratable equipment or equipment for direct injection injections ;

3) inconvenience.

Paragraph 2. Chapter 4

§ 16. The content of the container and other containers, cf. sections 7 and 8 shall be made according to the rules in the notice of livestock farming and livestock units for more than three animal units, livestock manure, silage, and so on.

Chapter 7

Agencies, supervision and control

§ 17. The Directorate-General is monitoring compliance with the rules in this notice.

§ 18. The Environmental Management Board may, where it is unquestionable for the environment, grant a derogation from the rules laid down in this notice. Dispensation may be made subject to the conditions specified.

§ 19. The decisions of the environmental management shall not be brought before the second administrative authority.

Chapter 8

Penalty provisions

20. Unless higher penalties have been inflited on the other legislation, the penalty shall be punished by fine ;

1) does not comply with requirements for ardusy-sprayed, collection-containers, water installations and the application of these, sections 3, 4, 5, 12,

2) infills and wash injects other places other than prescribed, cf. § § 7 and 8,

3) does not comply with the required standard requirements, cf. § § 9 and 10,

4) does not comply with the requirements for the use of new territory at each filling and wash, cf. § 11,

5) places unwashed syringe or tractor anywhere other than prescribed, cf. § 13,

6) do not deal with washwater and waste of plant protection products as prescribed, cf. § 15, and does not notify the municipality Board, as specified in section 16 (4). 2, or fails to obtain authorization after paragraph 16 (1). 3, or

7) overrides terms associated with a dispensation given after section 18.

Paragraph 2. The sentence may rise to prison for two years if the infringement has been committed intentionally or by gross negligence and if there is a breach of the infringement proceedings ;

1) damage to the environment or causing danger to the environment, or

2) obtained or intended for the economic benefit of the person concerned itself or others, including in the case of savings.

Paragraph 3. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

Chapter 9

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 21. The announcement will enter into force on the eighth. April 2009. However, sections 3, 6 and 12 shall not enter into force until 8. April 2010.

Paragraph 2. Distance requirements, cf. Section 9 shall apply to laundry detergents with a collection to a container or other vessel that has a permit for the contract issued after the date of entry into force of this notice.

Paragraph 3. Permissions issued pursuant to section 19 (19) of the Environment Protection Act. 1, to extract water containing residues of plant protection products, six months after the date of entry into force of this notice.
