Law on the amendment of the law on price-regulated old-age insurance and old-age savings

(Payment of index calf between the 65. Years and 67. Year)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In accordance with the rule of retirement, old-age insurance and old-age savings, cf. Law Order no. 724 of 15. September 1999, as amended by Section 4 of Act 4. 1235 of 24. October 2007 and section 10 of Law No 1534 of 19. December 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I § 3 is the 'Minister for Economic Affairs' : 'the economy-and the Minister of Economic Affairs'.

2. § 3 a ITREAS :

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but can, by means of a royal device, be brought into force for these parts of the village, with the deviations which are attributable to the special ferry and Greenlandic conditions.
