§ 1
Notice no. 1502 of 21. In December 2004, asbestos is made the following changes :
1. § 3 ITREAS :
" § 3. It is prohibited to manufacture, import, market, use, or work with asbestos or asbestos material under any form, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-3.
Paragraph 2. Up to now, it is permissible to manufacture, import and use chrysotilated diaphymes for existing electrolytes. In addition, the production and import arrangements shall also apply to the special conditions set out in Annex 1.
Paragraph 3. Buildings, facilities, technical aids, etc., containing asbestos or asbestos material, which may have been marketed in its entirety in Denmark until 1. In January 2005, it may continue to be legally marketed in its entirety in Denmark, where :
1) the asbestos or ashadholder material is legally installed in the building, plant, technical assistance, etc., and
2) the building, the facility, the technical assistance, etc. has been used before 1. January 2005.
Paragraph 4. Demolition and repair and maintenance of buildings, installations, engineering aids, etc., used as a hassle material has been authorized. Repair may be carried out with materials which may be legally applicable in accordance with paragraph 1. TWO. "

The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. May 2009.
