Publication of the amendment of the regulation of fishing for mussels

§ 1

Notice no. 155 of 7. This March 2000 on the regulation of fishing for mussels, as amended by the notice of publication No 2 ; 109 of 23. In February 2005, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" ... pursuant to section 10, paragraph. 1 and 2, § 10 d-10 j, § 30, § § 32-36, section 37 (3). 1, Section 38 (3). 2, section 112 (b) and Article 130 (3). 2 in the case of fishing and fish farming (fisheries law), cf. Law Order no. 978 of 26. September 2008, and according to the authority, '

2. § 3 ITREAS :

" § 3. The Fisheries Directorate may issue permission for seashell fishing in the relevant waters of the vessel to owners of vessels, under the notice of the authorisation of fishing for clams and oysters, including the transferable permission share ; dispose of vessel authorisation units (FTA-andele). ` ;

3. § 12 ITREAS :

" § 12. The Directorate-General may, if the environmental conditions speak for it, in whole or in part, open or closed areas for seashell fishing. `

4. I § 13 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The Fisheries Directorate may notify the rules on stopping fishing and the alteration of the conditions applicable to the fishing exercise in accordance with Annex 6 to any period of regulation in force at all times. ` ;

5. I Annex 2, point 1, pasted as point (d) :

(d) information on whether or not the vessel is dispose of the vessel ' s vessel ' s licence (FTA-andele) of the relevant seashell. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 19th. May 2009.
