Ordinance amending Ordinance regulating fishing for mussels

§ 1

In executive order No. 155 of 7. March 2000 on regulating fishing for mussels, as amended by Decree No. 109 of 23. February 2005, is amended as follows:

1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following:




' Under section 10, paragraphs 1 and 2, § § 10 d-10 (j), section 30, §§ 32-36, article 37, paragraph 1, article 38, paragraph 2, section 112 (b) and section 130, paragraph 2 of the law on fisheries and aquaculture (fisheries), see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 978 by 26. September 2008, and under the authority lays down: '



2. paragraph 3 shall be replaced by the following:

»§ 3. Fisheries Directorate can issue permission for shellfish fisheries in the maritime area for owners of vessels in accordance with the Ordinance for authorization to fish for clams and oysters including transferable permission shares disposal vessel permission shares (FTA-shares). '

3. Article 12 is replaced by the following:

» § 12. The Fisheries Directorate-General may, if the environmental conditions speak for it, partially or completely open or close areas for shellfish fishing. '

4. In section 13 shall be added as paragraph 2:

' (2). Fisheries Directorate may issue the rules about jams for fisheries and amending the conditions for the exercise of fishing under annex 6 of the regulatory decree applicable at any time. '

5. In annex 2, point 1, point d) is inserted:

» d) Information as to whether the vessel disposal vessel permission shares (FTA-shares) in the mussel fishing. '

§ 2

The notice shall enter into force on 19 September. May 2009.
