In accordance with section 20 (2), 2, no. One, three, and four, in the law. 1392 of 27. In December 2008, on the promotion of renewable energy, the following shall be determined according to section 70 :

Chapter 1

Applications and communication of grants of grants

§ 1. Applications for commitments on grants to activities, etc., are covered by section 18 (2). 3, in the Promoses of Renewable Energy, shall be submitted to Energinet.dk.

must be completed and signed by the local authorities or the chairman of the municipal board.

Paragraph 3. The application schedule shall be provided :

1) Project description of activity.

2) Specified budget.

3) The Communchial Management Board published a proposal for a communal plan, the proposal for a municipality plan amendment or proposal for a local plan for the setting up of new windmills, where the application is lodged in connection with the examination of applications for windmills ; the application of law-planning.

Paragraph 4. Energinet.dk may set terms and conditions for the commitment of grants, including

1) authorisation shall be given to the opening of a windmill ;

2) the windmill will be set up and

3) The municipality has a duty to notify Energinet.dk changes in the activity.

Paragraph 5. Supplements cannot be pledged for the start of activities.

Chapter 2

Applications for payment of grants

§ 2. The local authority shall submit an application to Energinet.dk for payment of grants. The payment of grants pursuant to section 19 of the Act on the Prominering Energy Act can be based on evidence of the expenditure incurred after the final implementation of the activity.

Paragraph 2. Prior to implementation of the activity, Energinet.dk can pay partial implementation, provided that Energinet.dk has pledged DKK 500 000 DKK. or over there.

must be completed and signed by the local authorities or the chairman of the municipal board.

Paragraph 4. The application schedule shall be provided :

1) Commitment for grants after § 1.

2) Documentation for whole or partial implementation of the activity.

3) Documentation for fulfillment of terms and conditions agreed on grants.

4) Accounting for the activity by the municipality provided with auditor declaration.

Paragraph 5. The audit shall have been carried out by a state certified, registered auditor or by the municipal audit body.

Chapter 3

Wastes of assurance and repayment of grants

§ 3. Energinet.dk can decide that a commitment to grants, cf. § 1, whole or partial lapses if :

1) the local authority has inaccurate or misleading information or omitted information of the importance of the commitment to grants under section 1, or

2) the terms and conditions agreed in commitments on grants are not met.

§ 4. The local authorities shall reimburse the local authorities if the local authorities have delivered incorrect or misleading information or omitted information of the importance of the application, cf. Section 2 (2). 3, no. 1-4.

Chapter 4

Supervision

§ 5. Energinet.dk produces a report annually which describes the management of the scheme, including the activities that have been provided for. The report is being submitted to the Klima and Energy Ministry.

Chapter 5

Clause

§ 6. Decisions taken by Energinet.dk may be subject to the Energy Board Board in accordance with section 66 (3). Two, on the promotion of renewable energy.

Paragraph 2. Decisions taken pursuant to section 18 (2). 3, in the area of the promotion of renewable energy, cf. Section 1 and 2 of the notice shall not be claimed.

Paragraph 3. Clause in accordance with paragraph 1 1 shall be submitted in writing to the Energy Board Board within 4 weeks of the decision to be issued.

Chapter 6

Entry into force

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2009.
