Appendix 1

Annuntator : Confession for the port of Copenhagen

In accordance with paragraph 5 (2), Article 60 (3) and section 60 (2). Three, in the law. 526 of 24. June 2005 on foodstuffs shall be fixed :

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to fishing in the port of Copenhagen.

Paragraph 2. The port of Copenhagen shall be understood in this notice as the waters bounded by the coordinates set out in Annex 1 to this notice.
