Publication concerning the amendment of the notification for payment for government post law on power supply

(Any changes resulting from the entry into force of parts of the promotion of renewable energy sources)

§ 1

Notice no. 1299 of 20. November 2007, on the payment of authority, after the power supply law, the following changes are made :

1. I title the following shall be inserted after ' Law on power supply ' : ' and the promotion of renewable energy '.

In December 2008 on the promotion of renewable energy, the following shall be determined :

3. I Section 1 (1). 1, no. 1 (d), the following shall be added after ' electricity supply law section 51 (a) (1) 1, no. 2, ' : ' and section 58, paragraph 1. 1, no. One, in the promotion of renewable energy, '.

4. I Section 1 (1). 1, no. 1 (e), the following shall be added after ' electricity supply law section 51 (a) (1) 1, no. 4, ` : ' and section 58 (3). 1, no. The second, in the promotion of renewable energy, '.

5. I Section 1 (1). 3, the following shall be inserted after ' electricity supply law section 51 (1). One and two, and § 51 a, nr. The following : 1, 2 and 4 ":", and section 58 of the promotion of renewable energy '.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2009.
