Publication of the amendment of the notification of admission, enwriting and furlough at certain higher education (the Education Department Access Order)

§ 1

Notice no. 106 of 9. February 2009 on access, entering and furlough at certain higher education (the Education Department Access Order) is hereby amended as follows :

1. Section 15 (3). 3, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Stop. 3. All applicants with the same admissions quota are recorded. If there is not a sufficient number of seats in quota 1a to absorb all of the same recording quota, the seats from quota 2 shall be transferred. `

2. § 17, paragraph 1. 5, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Stop. 5. All applicants with the same admissions quota are recorded. If there is not a sufficient number of seats in quota 1b to absorb all of the same recording quota, the seats from quota 2 shall be transferred. ` ;

3. I Section 21 (1). 3, is changed " cf. the procedural publication ' shall : ` shall : ` : see. notification of the coordination procedure for the admission of applicants to youth education and higher education, to enrollment to 10. class and communication of the Education Guide for Education (procedure notice) '.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. June 2009.
