Law on the Change of the Church of the People's Church

(The Establishment of permanent starch councils)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the middle of the Church's economy, cf. Law Order no. 609 of 6. June 2007, as amended by Section 4 of Act 4. 47 of 28. In January 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I § 17 b inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Chapter 5 a

§ 23 a. The Council of the Founder of the Council can take a decision, in the interests of the life of the Church, to make a binding contribution from the church treasuries to funding activities in the diocese. § 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2009.

§ 4

The law does not apply to Greenland or Faroe Islands.
