Act on the succession of succession

(Equality between the sexes in the succession of succession, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 88 of the Basic Law)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the throne of succession, law no. 170 of 27. In March 1953, the following changes are made :

1. Section 2 (2). 1, ITREAS :

"Upon the death of a king or a reigning queen's death, the throne exceeds the son or daughter of the person concerned so that the elderly preside over the younger."

2. I Section 2 (2). 2, and in Section 5 (5). 3, the following shall be inserted after the ' king ' s or the reigning queens, and § 6 The following shall be inserted after "king" : "or a reigning Queen."

3. § 3 ITREAS :

" § 3. If a king or ruling queen without leaving his throne to the throne is inheried, the throne will pass on to the brother or sister of the person who is in debt. If the king or the reigning queen has several siblings, or is any of the siblings of the same person who died in the death, the rules are in section 2 equivalent. "

4. I § 4 the words ' men shall be deleted ;

5. Section 5 (5). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. To the consent of the king or of the reigning queen's marriage, the consent of Parliament is required. "

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.
