Publication of amending public order and protecting the public order and the protection of individuals and public safety, etc., and the access of the police to the implementation of interim measures ;

§ 1

Notice no. 511 of 20. June 2005 on the protection of public order and the protection of individuals and public safety, etc., as well as police access to the implementation of interim measures, as amended by publication No 2 ; 373 of 23. In May 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I § 6 inserted after paragraph 1. 3 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 4. If a person has shown a special unsafe conduct, the police may inform the prohibition of the movement and return or stay within a 500-meter radius of the location where the behaviour has taken place. It is a condition for the prohibition of the fact that there is reason to believe that the person in question will be repeating the same unreassuring behaviour in the area announced by the ban. '

2. I § 6 inserted after paragraph 1. 4, which are paragraph 4. 5, as new :

" Stop. 6. For the prohibition of paragraph 1. 4 must be fixed a time limit which cannot exceed 3 months. However, the period may be extended up to three months at a time. ` ;

3. I § 18 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. Failure to comply with the provisions of section 6 (4). The sentence shall be subject to the sentence of 4, under special circumstances, in the sentence of 6 months, in particular with fine. ` ;

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. June 2009.
